    I just said all the facts.... but yes... the Spec Ops models DO look better. But I don't think the NS team will change anything to the default ones without any matter...

    MvM.... I really hope they won't add this game mode officially... same for AvA...

    doood MvM is uosum. there's one server that's practically dedicated to it and they have like CS and DOD maps converted to NS and it's like playing those games but without the stupid aim systems that won't let you do fancy moves and kill things at the same time. i do wish the jetpack in NS had its physics corrected though. the way they can just stop dead in midair with one button press is just wrong. and the way they can just crash 50 billion miles an hour into anything including the floor without even twitching is not too convincing either.

    we are discussing MvM because i suggested that Dillinja's models be made to be the official models of the second marine team coz they look really good.

    i think MvM is fun but i'd prefer it in non-combat mode coz i also think combat is not that great although on the server i mentioned they made a few changes that made it more fun such as you can go beyond level 10 to infinite levels and they nerfed the grenade laucher coz it would just own everything.

    NS is better than CS or DOD coz of the aiming system it has and i already said dozens of times why it is better so i don't want to go into why again.

    Dillinja i'm glad you like to make models for new generation engines; the kind with normal maps, diffuse maps, specular maps, gloss maps etc. i didn't think you'd like that. i too like those types of graphic engines which is why i'm trying to program one myself right now and i was hoping to make the engine for NS2.

    NS2 wont be on the HL2 engine tho and its a stand alone game so theyd probly pay dill to use his work ?

    so i doubt dill would wanna remake all of them for the different engine they be using unless he had the time i suppose

    for the good graphic engines he'd have to completely redo the textures because he's faking the shading currently.
