Doom 3 Gold!

Is there anyone here that could please make a doom 3 countdown timer for me? Kinda like that one for NS 2.1 .

I would do it myself but i dont have any experience with flash <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif' /><!--endemo-->. So if theres anyone nice enough to do so... i would be greatfull.

yeah... i know about that one fuzzy... but i was going to put the timer on my desktop as an active desktop. I tried this and it kinda got on my nerves with the sound and everything.

Just need some simple flash countdown timer for it =\
