    well, I already have a skeleton and animation base that would fit perfectly. any of you remember my old Severny MG-78 Lancet HMG model? yeah, that. I can use that skeleton.

    While I don't think the anims are as bad as some are acting, I certainly can't take offense at someone thinking Brig could do a better job... His talent and experience are far beyond mine, and the reason I asked him if I could use his shottie anims to redo Drake's shotgun... Thx again, Brig...
    But to reply to the hand skin debate- the model has <b>both</b> black and white skins (and yes, the black one sux, I just grabbed the first 256x256 black one I found), so if you are playing with black hands, you have been selected by the server to be a black 'rine... and if that offends you, all you have to do is export the white hands and reimport them over the black... and if the white hands offend you, do the same for the black- it's really not a big deal. Besides, being racist only shows a lack of imagination, because if you really pay attention, people will give you plenty of reasons to hate them without resorting to something as insignificant as the amount of melanin in their skin... but enough on that...
    If someone finds a good 256x256 black hand skin would you post it?

    Animations look really awazing. I can't really say which part was better cause it was just clean flawless animation from what I could see. It was neato how the trigger kinda fluttered when he tilts the gun. However there are 2 triggers, or at least I think so. I may be wrong and probabley am but shouldent both triggers "flutter" when the gun is tilted?

    Thats actually an animation error.. Its not supposed to do that...

    check the animation again, I reuploaded it.

    when is 3rd person this gun is'nt displayed properly - his holding the gun downwards [pointing to the ground] with one arm this stays like this with the light marine, but it's fine with the HA? - i've got different models for my light marine (avp conversion) [would this be the case] <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    I think that is the 'smartgun' animation. Try replacing your LA marine modelor it's animations.

    Everything looks good except that thumb. Its just odd, looking at it in hlmv I see you moved it so there is no clipping. It seems long and just a bit wierd looking.

    whoa nice anims brig, but one prob i spotted, wen hes reloading, as he flips it round, the trigger and the lever thing both bob downwards for some reason, watch the anim in slow mo if u dont see it, look at the top trigger, and the lever on the top of the gun

    IMHO, the top handle should be more like a clip release, like I used it in my version- the "pump" action just doesn't look right

    i imagine it that he sorta sits it over his left shoulder, or cradles it in the crook of his elbow. as for covering half the screen... well i figure theres not much you can do while reloading anyways :/ even if there is skulkage in the area, you get caught reloading and you're screwed anyway.
