Scariest Doom 3 Moment?

What is your scariest Doom 3 moment thus far?
It's 2am.
Like a complete idiot I decide to play Doom with the lights out.
I've just start Alpha Labs Sector 2.
I walk out of the elevator with my handy dandy flashlight.
See a body sticking out of a vent, take a step foward and see it get pulled up the vent by what I hear is an imp... Now that's more just disconcerting than creepy, because it means bad crap is gonna happen any second now.
I take a few more steps foward.
Some........ invisible <i>THING</i> picks up a corpse near the stairs, makes him glow red and floats him through the door...
I quit as fast as I f***ing can.
I don't need that kind of f***ed up scary crap at 2am ;_;
Don't think I could turn the lights off for another few hours...
All the Red-out moments seriously creep me out... the bathroom and that GODDAMN CHAIR >_<
Still haven't gotten to the 'They took my baby' part in the Icon videos...
Damn eventually I won't be able to walk more than 10m in this game without quitting....

Well, atleast until i buy DooM 3...
Until then i wont come back to this thread for a while.
The room with the pumping organs or growth or whatever they were and that voice... was the scariest for me so far, but as I said, it didn't freak me out.

I have deleted over 17+ programs.
So im stuck here faking being scared at the menu sounds... Yep...
i also had just gotten done blasting baddies, but the room was dark and i didn't know if i got em all so i just ran... then i found a little dark corner and was like, "wee! a hiding place!" ... soon as i got in there a zombie hit me from behind... i had to quicksave and quit...
and that part with the three candles and that symbol in the middle of the room with satan laughing all over the place freaked me out a little too...
frickin awesome game!
In conclusion, doom 3 is one scary **** game.
OR in the begining of the game i was standing looking at myself in the mirror and that like red satan mode comes up and and you see yourself turning into a zombie
It happened during the cutscene the first time you meet the big fat creature with the robot legs, and he tries to bust through the door, and then just busts through the glass instead. Well, the cutscene started, and after he jumped from the balcony and started charging, the "rumble feature" turned on. Since I'm playing the game in a room above the garage, everytime the door opens or closes, the whole room shakes. The timing was so perfect, and I was so completely caught up in the game that I nearly soiled myself. It was awesome.

On a side-note, if anyone ever bumps into the Cyber Demon (and htat's way late in the game) be sure to take some screenshots. My little brother is a DOOM addict and he wants Cyber Demon pictars.

The first zombie nearly gave me a heart attack (that chinese guy, my friend was looking away from him so he was just like there all of a sudden). so did the second one (the hellguardguything suddenly sneaking up to his back). and the third one. etc
This whole demonic process of terrorisation of the senses took about 10 minutes of my life. after that, my friend found out that he could set everything up to max, 1600x1200 and ultrahigh quality...

When I got to that room I went in slowly because I was already tense and I was concious about everything. I had only gotten in the doorway when the girl's voice whispered "save me."
Save, quit, couldn't play for another 14 hours.
THE latest hours i have been totally raped, burned, killed, eaten, scared and **** off sometimes. Everything happends in this doom3 dilemma. And i like it.
But i really dont like that it is so much zombies that is so anoyying like.....
The scariest thing was when mr.pinky suddenly jumped out from a wall hole and landed on my head. Its a damn big bull.
But i think pinky anyway wants only to hug u.
I hate voices without any sources.
And the scariest thing in doom3 at all is the doom3 logo. is it?

Zombies peter off after a while, but they're never totally gone since they can do some real damage if you don't notice em.

Knocked over my bag of cheetos at that part. Fortunately enough, I save almost every 10 foot steps I take because, let's face it, you can't be prepared for the **** that happens in this game. Yea after he hit me, I loaded my saved game before that, and blasted his punkass back to hell. "Oooh whats da matter? What? What's that you say? 2 shot gun shells in your chest? Ooooh.."
Also, that zombie hanging from the ceiling saying "Help mee..." Yea I blasted him as well. Must be crazy if you think I'm gonna go near you lookin like that.

I opened up the Reception door after getting off the dropship, and I saw one of those spidery-droid things scurry across the doorway. I jumped back... and fell off the belcony behind me and died. =/

Hell is just that. Hell.
(For the record, my worst nightmare was getting stuck in Teletuby land for a week. I eventually stabbed myself in the eye <i>with a flower</i> and bled to death in that nightmare. Don't ask how the flower could penetrate through my eye, and skull, all the way to my brain)
Nevertheless, you all make me feel queasy abot buying DOOM 3....should I really buy it? Should I let my little brother play it? Should I hide it from my parents? (OMG bloooood!)
I think I'm going to bash my head in the wall....

When you get to the delta place there is loads
I'v played up untill the delta labs and i havent realy been startled at any of it, i just spend 30mins looking at the bump maps and how sexy the place looks
PS: Can someone post a pic of the cyber demon from doom 1 so i know what im looking out for, cheers
