People Are So Clueless

The site asks you to pick a card mentally, and click on a link, where your specific card is removed. It works 100% of the time. The intelligence level of these forums tend to be much higher than those of the average moron that have emailed "explanations" of this experiment to the self-proclaimed "Author C. Clarke," so I'd like to see how many of you figure it out. If you do, try not to give it away until the thread goes for at least a page or so.
Oh god, this guy is such a jack off.

I now proclaim you more intelligent then 90% of the world. Live proud.
nm i wont give it away
edit: dude, i made my post within seconds of THEM's =O
Dr. Pickover, regarding the ESP test, in one case you guessed correctly and once you were wrong - and I did the ESP experiment only twice. Does the explanation have something to do with clicking on eyes icons before and after we have chosen the card? I think there is a calculation of probabilities. The choice of eye icon could give you a clue which card we choose. Or at least that is my theory as to how it works. Anyway, quite impressive! Will you announce the results of ESP experiment? Best wishes, Milica, Researcher<!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->

Solution below in super uber small text for the non-believers....
<span style='font-size:2pt;line-height:100%'>The trick is that the second set of cards are completely different than the first</span>
Teh pre arranged on the top and bottom of the deck are the 6 of hearts and 9 of diamonds. But the person you are trying to trcik doesnt know that.
You flash the 2 cards that are out of the deck real fast then stick them in 2 various random places in the deck. Then you jsut grab the deck by the top and bottom card and flick the deck of cards so they stay in your hand.
OMG How did you get those cards out!! <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
<!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/confused-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> Doesn't take an hour to figure it out.
I agree, this is stupid.

yea especially if that "House plant" is really a "Hive plant" and that "Hive plant" is actually an OC!

You know, if you were any more negative about everything, the earth would have a negative charge and fly right into the sun or something. I'm serious. Lighten up.
I didn't want to get it ruined for me so I didn't read the rest of the thread until I'd worked it out for myself. I had a quick look at the source for the pages and it's funny. There's a big bunch of '3D math' in javascript there that does absolutely nothing XD
I guess it's to throw off the people silly enough not to look and see the line just below it where it statically defines the picture shown for the cards which is a single picture.
I giggled at that and went back to look at the piccies and worked it out pretty darn quick from there ^^
Reminds me of some of the card tricks I used to do when I was really into magic.
For those who don't want told outright here's a clue...
<span style='color:#062639'><span style='font-size:6pt;line-height:100%'>look at the card suits before and after you click =3</span></span>
(highlight the line between to see it)
This is pretty stupid.....
Though I remember my brother found a flash game where it always guessed your numbers, straightfrom your head. Sadly he isn't here and I really can't bother to bother him XD
*Honestly It took me quite a while <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
<a href='http://addictinggames.com/mindreader.html' target='_blank'>http://addictinggames.com/mindreader.html</a>
Its preaty simple.
Good trick tho would work on a lot of people if you didn't give them much time to pick a card.

Oh come on, this is super duper obvious, you're super gullible if you expect it to remove only the card you choose, it didn't even lie and tell you it did.
I never really understood why spammers existed, I mean they can't be making any money, no one is that daft. Well, if there's people dumb enough to be fooled by this and still be eligible for a credit card...
