It's all about lerk with spore cloud, so adren is a must. Scent of fear will show you where to fire, and then it's up to personal preferance on defense (I usually stick with carapace).
When we're talking base destruction, the fade bomber works great, but I prefer the onos with adren/adv. hivesight/carapace. Primal rage, step in, and start swingin'. Turrets go down in no time.
You laugh. You hive no Idea how powerful silence is, even against marines with MT. The bubble dosen't show up if they have LOS. Don't be afraid to revert back to spikes either. I held down the big winding computer room in Hera (right between Ventilation and Holoroom) for 10 minutes on a 13-0 streak. Then I just flooded out the holoroom and let my larger companions deal with machienery.
Me + You = Me The thing is the skulk doesnt need to be quite... if you have noisy marines they cant tell what direction youre coming from... anyway I say that have Skulk+regen+cloak+celerity or adrenaline is good... you can practically continually leao with adren...
Very good for hitting people as the come around the corner. The reason I choose Redemption is because I get redeemed as a Fade very, very often. I don't know why.... besides, it's also very easy to kill yourself with the bile bomb. Skulk: cloak, silent, regen (good for skirmishing and ambushing) not to mention yuo can move around alot and they don't know your coming. (i know as marine i always hear the skulk before it comes.. so i know where to shoot)
fade: same thing , hehe same job, always fun to appear behind a marine and hack away then disappear before his buddies realize they lost a man.(this is when you dont have bile bomb)
late game fade : scent of fear, adrenalin, regen (unless defense chambers are nearby then caraprace) (with 3 hives) you can indefinately hold marines around a corner because the splash from the bomb damages them then you know where they are because of the scent so when they try to hit the corner you just spam <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo--> perfect counter for grenades too.

never underestimate fear, on onos with no sense of self preservation scares the pants off all but the most hardened or stupid marines
Silence, cloak or possibly scent of fear, and regen as a skulk is fun. You can flip out and kill every body. (Cause ninjas are totally sweet.)
Actually my favorite is cloak, regen, and adrenaline on a lerk. They are the best support unit, which means i get to stand behind the meatshields and use umbra and still pick up kills with my spore spam and spikes.
