    i had anger management classes a while back(when i was 11)

    Not sure if it was those that helpled, or just the fact that i matured, but whatever it was, it stopped me being so likely to lash out at things.

    And if it makes you fell any better, i would have refused to make him the spray, then beat him until he cried.

    11 is too young tobe playing Cs anyway <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    I've never really been a violent person I just lash out with words if someone pisses me off and it rarely fails =3

    Course if someone actually has the nerve to hit me you can forget the no-violence thing right there and then because I WILL bite and I guarantee you there'll be blood =s

    ^^

    seriously, I was showing a 13 year old CS at my uncles house and it is *way* to graphically violent, let them be young and innocent whilst they still are >_<

    oh caboose, I don't think you need anger managment, you just need to look deep into nature <!--emo&::marine::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/marine.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='marine.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    are you still banned?

    oh and like marik said, take some initiative and patch that hole it's definetly not that hard and worth it in brownie points

    I only get really upset when lots and lots of little things irk me, then I go from cynical to angry to super ****

    and gem, I bet I could make you stop biting me with the quickness, take your thumb and find where your jaw curves up to your skull, slide it to the inside about a cm up and then press as hard as you can =3

    [edit]
    oh yeah, forgot to mention clenching the jaw hard [as in biting] only causes to make the above more potent

    I am a really angry person, not the good kind either.The kind which you bottle up then explode when someone or something pisses you off really badly. How do you think I broke my old pc chair? my router wouldn't work so I threw the chair really hard at the wall.

    I never feel the need to express anger physically, but the most trivial things always seem to wind me up. Stuff like this:

    <!--QuoteBegin--></div><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin-->How do you think I broke my old pc chair? my router wouldn't work so I threw the chair really hard at the wall.<!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
    is just silly, though. If I were you, there's only one thing I'd be angry about.

    Ya, i get mad over the littlelest things, but they just **** me off so much.

    Like when someone is acting in a way you know is going to get em in trouble.

    Example: My mom and dad fight. When my dad walks away my mom almost always says something else to start it again. Im like, "WTH mom why did you say that?" Then shes like shut the **** up. <!--emo&::asrifle::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/asrifle.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='asrifle.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    But my life is good, they fight, but they always make-up. hehehehehe. <!--emo&::asrifle::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/asrifle.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='asrifle.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    Play a sport. Preferably a contact one - football, lacrosse, etc. Hockey's my sport of choice; it's a great stress reliever. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    Or, conversely, it can lead to another, biigger whole in the wall caused by more anger at improperly fixing the first hole <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> .

    I've found that the anger problem just seems to deteriorate with time. As you grow older, the people around you tend to become more mature (and the younger, pre-teen type people you meet don't know you well enough to start crap that will annoy you). Back in Highschool (okay, only 2 and a half years ago), I'd get in at least 3 fights a year, because (I'd assume) people thought I was easy pickings for being picked on.

    ...Well, that usually stops when you chase someone down the hall to wail on them for marking you with a permanent marker (which is probably why there was only one 'fight' senior year, which was probably a mistake anyway).

    Anyway, no fights, or anything remotely close to a fight in college (plenty of people around to **** you off too, like people shouting at 3 in the morning out in the courtyard). Because people seem to inherently get less violently confrontational with age (or maybe it's intellect...I'm not so sure on that point).

    I would actually recommend telling your mom that HL and CS are inteded for an M rated audience (and if your brother is over 18, then he just needs help) - as noted earlier in the thread. You may also wish to discuss maturity with your brother, but usually people take that as hostile, or at least as an insult. Plus it's like a middle school teenage girl's copout of supposed maturity.

    If you're 16 years old or older, and lash out(ie throw/hit/kick stuff) when you get angry, there is a problem. Otherwise I'd just say wait a few years.

    Anger stems from lack of control, its a mental reflex. Your anger stems from your mom taking the side of the younger brother, and dismissing what your current activity was not worth the time.

    I'm betting, your mom has taken your younger brother's side more often than yours, in any situation. Punching the wall over a CS spray by itsself doesn't make too much sense. HOWEVER, if the frustration is pent up to the point where her siding with him makes you get angry than its understandable.

    I would talk to your Mom about it, how she favors him more. Try and do it as calmly, and describe it as objectively as possible.

    If this doesn't work, I would recommend counseling (not in a bad way to condesend, but anger can get you in serious trouble).

    There are some things worth being angry at, and somethings are not. Its up to you what is worth losing your self-control over, and what to shrug off.

    There are 2 kinds of anger I may experience, and i seriously hate both. Both happens at the point where I am totally mad and cannot control myself, and I usually don't lose my temper so easily.

    1) I get into a fight and got physical, I even throw stuff around

    2) I hate this........I cry. Seriously, I cry badly like a wimpy little girl who lost her ice cream. I cry at my inability to change things, and well......I lose my principles when I cry.
