Books: Neuromancer Mona Lisa Overdrive Count Zero Burning Chrome (Love this book. It's like my bible) All Tommorow's Parties Idoru (Also love this one) Virtual Light And, although this may not be CONSIDRED Cyberpunk, it sort of has a storyline of a good CP novel: Pattern Recognition Snow Crash
There's more but I just don't have the money to read 'em all...
Manga/Anime Lawnmower Man 1 and 2, yes the movies suck but still, good for a laugh. Ghost in the Shell 1 and 2 AKIRA (Both) And, I kind of lump this in with Shadowrun when it comes to Cyberpunk, but: Hellsing has some elements. Cowboy Bebop, while not really your standard, techno-rave breakbeat-paced cyberpunk hacker story, it fits in with a certain niche of Cyberpunk/Sci-Fi and it really is complimented with it's soundtrack.
Movies Blade Runner (They say you brade runnah) Hackers (Good for some laughs...) I can't think of more, they just left my brain... dammit.
Games Uplink, definately. Deus Ex 1 and 2: quintessential. Final Fantasy 7... could KIND OF be considered Cyberpunk, what with Shinra and Avalanch and what not. Although, don't go into this one thinking it's pure Cyberlimbs and Adrena-Stims Neotokyo MOD for UT2004/HL2 Shadowrun, Again, I lump this in Hellsing togther when it comes to Cyberpunk, and Final Fantasy 7 for that matter. They contain a little too much pixie dust and wavy-wands for my taste, but I have to give credit where credit is due, Shadowrun is fuggin fun.

mmmm, cyberzombie, walking black hole in astral! (not tomention creating their own background count)
"well, no, I can't actualy see anyone there, but there is sorta a HOLE where he should be......"
if your gm ever throws one of those at you just beat him/her (the GM) with a stick <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Oh, also Bullfrog's Syndicate (if you can find it). It should run on a modern system with the help of DOSBox or similar. Syndicate Wars isn't so cooperative.
If we're includig steampunk, well, the Theif series is the most obvious response.
syndicate wars definately, i think you can find it at a certain under dog place i'm probably not supposed to mention...
and there's also that new mmorpg matrix online, where you can go to virtual raves masquerading as your favorite matrix universe character rip-off, and then beat up legions of bad guys for a pittance of exp points
