the process goes like this:
after log on you go to the session gallery
then you click just below the picture on the left "play video"
then it asks you to confirm your registration (pop-up), agree to that with the submit button.

Then a video window pops up and includes VCR controls

edit: I meant to ask, does your process differ and if so, where?
