 I cant stress enough the importance of putting your skill points in the right place, or your character gets messed up and you WILL have to restart or you WILL level slow.

Dear god no, I thought I was rid of the disease. Man I don't think I'd be able to stop myself from playing though. This will finally get my friends off my back asking for my old account though. Anyone thinking about jumping aboard the bandwagon again, if just to chat it up on a random MMO?

I know it was linked and played, it was the beta playtest though, with no Ossiriya etc. I thought since it was the official release i would not go and pull up the 23 page beta related thread... IQ there isn't 4 classes... I'll explain how it works :p

First you start as a 'novice' then you get to go up into one of 4 classes, each one of these classes then gets to move on to one of 3 classes which in turn evolves into a new class eventually then another.

You do the math :3

I might make a new account and give it a go... after all it's free and it's a really good chatroom if nothing else XD

Only issue being how much time you have to invest in the damn game :/ Levelling gets so ridicolously slow before even reaching the 3x-choice point that I had to kill 50 slimes to get 1% on the xp bar.
I'll give it another chance just because platform RPGs are kinda fun.

uh-huh, the levelling is a chore but to be honest I only really play it because...

- the Party Quests are fun
- It's a great lil chatroom
- 2D multiplayer = teh win
- no cost at all to play; you don't even have to buy a boxed game ala gw. It really is utterly free to play and the stuff you can buy with real cash is just for fun; none of it is essential at all, it's mostly for looks or having a giggle :3

if they got rid of the tedious treadmilling it'd be a neat way to waste massive amounts of time; as it is it's just a good lil avatar chatroom (MMO style) with a levelling treadmill tagged on for whenever you can (or even if) be bothered :p

It's not the greatest game in the universe, not by any stretch of the imagination, but all it costs is harddrive space and time ^^

edit: made 'jemma' on scalia... I'll play her some later. Probably just gonna go mage again because being a cleric and healing everyone is fun :3

We are on the scania server, and as someone asked.. no you do not have the poption to change servers once you are in one, but why would you want to go to the unpopulated one away from all your friends???

But you can change channels, as many times as you want, and so can all of us and so can all of us! fore he's a jolly good fellow, for hes a jolly good fellow... <_< WTH... i need sleep...

Oha nd just to clarify, ther realy is no best class, if you want a very powerfull character in the first job choose mage, if you like powerful 1 hit KO (in the future) attacks with combo's, choose Warrior, if you like speedy stealthy sneaky attacks choose theives, if you like long ranged powerfull attacks choose bowmen.

In the ranking in the Korean Maple story (last time i checked) There was a spearman or 5 on the top spots, followed by Bowmen a few theivs and mages...
