Basically, it's about this lady who gets pulled over for speeding. They check her driver's lisence, find out it's suspended. So they go back to the car and ask her to step out...And for some stupid reason, she refuses to get out and continues to talk on her cell phone.
Ownage ensues.

Especially since she keeps HOWLING for minutes after the taser is finished... dear god, the pain stops after 10 seconds or so!

When you get pulled over by a cop, do EVERYTHING he says, unless he's some kinda psychopath but please don't think that's ever gonna happen.
Really. Just give him your license and registration, accept your punishment and deal with it by legal means. If you follow all the rules, you can reduce your punishments and if it's a minor thing, you could have it waived completely.

Pfff... she was driving illegally and was completely ignoring the <b>two policemen</b> asking her, quite nicely under the circumstances, to get out of the car. They can't bash her in the face with a baton to get her out. They can't shoot her. They can't physically drag her out of the car (as that's far more likely to result in a broken limb or something), and it's arkward and potentially dangerous to get in a car with someone, and attempt to handcuff them. I mean, she's acting pretty cocky for an illegal driver with two policemen practically inside her car, they have no idea <b>what</b> weaponary she's got on her, or how likely she is to flip out and attack them.
They can't afford to spend that much time waiting for her to get out of the car herself, and they can't just let her go. Tazing = relatively painless, makes her go limp, easy to get out of the car, and she knows where the authority is.
It basically comes down to her disregarding the law in the first place, then thinking she was above it when the punishment came, then getting her **** ruined and a firm reminder that she <b>is not the law</b>.

Oh yeah, she got owned. You've no idea how often I've wanted to do this to people on their mobiles while driving, and I'm not even a driver (buses mainly).
She was speeding, did not posess a valid driver's license and did not comply with police instructions. They used a relatively harmless weapon to incapacitate her while they handcuffed her. Boo-flipping-hoo.
I'll admit that they were a little hasty with the tazer, but she DID have three clear warnings that if she didn't get out of the car she'd be tazered. In their situation I probably would have just pulled the phone out of her hands and asked her again, if she still refused, the tazering would commence.
Those officers had other things to do, would you rather they waited for half-an-hour for the stupid **** to finish her terribly important phone call, put on some make-up and fix her hair whilst meanwhile a liquor store down the road was being robbed and they were unavailable to assist?
The police don't have time to **** about. If they pull you over, you do what they say. If you don't, you are resisting arrest and will be tazered. Simple as.

We all know how funny and entertaining it is watching a young woman spazz and scream after some bored cop finally found a way to play with his taser. OLOLO see now? you were wrong. It's actually QUALITY family entertainment seeing people writhing in pain!
You know, TALKING is something beyond people with gadgets that make people do what you want, and god forbid he could have waited till the woman finished her phonecall and taken her peacefully down to the station and giving her a ticket and a good old stern talking to. We all know 22 year olds are irrational beeings that can explode in your face at any time and need to be taught their place immediately with a baton/tazer/shotgun.

Why didn't you add a nuke to your list while you were at it? Just like two thirds of the weapons you mentioned, a nuke wasn't even TOUCHED during that entire footage. I'll re-iterate because this thread has become overloaded with sarcasm of the poor kind...
She was resisting a lawful arrest, not only that, but <b>completely ignoring the police officers who were trying to peacefully remove her from the car</b> while she carried on her obnoxious conversation with some batty friend of hers. The only way she could have been more offensive to the cops is if she kicked them in the balls.
She was unlicensed, which means that she was driving illegally and potentially very dangerously. This, coupled with the fact that she was ignoring the cops completely, shows that she has little or no regard for any kind of law.
She's hardly the most senisble person. We've all seen videos / heard tales of "calm" people suddenly flipping out, drawing a gun from nowhere, and firing on the cops. Just because she turned out to not have a weapon after all doesn't mean that the officers didn't think they were possibly under a threat at the time. I mean, you've just pulled over a woman for speeding, and then find out she's not even legally allowed to drive, and then she completely ignores you while she finishes a phone conversation? That's hardly a well adapted person, right there.
The bottom line is, again, she tried to act above the law, and she got owned by it. Tazers were designed, as mentioned, to subdue people without causing injury, which is exactly what happened. She resisted arrest, she was subdued.
