Not that impressed. MK:IV is all about combos. You learn a few moves that initiate the enemy to start a combo then block until the slow section of the combo where you can start your own combo on them.
Beat em up pr0s aren't that impressive to me tbh, blind or not. It's just a matter of learning a script. Reciting a poem isn't impressive, acting a difficult part well can be. Learning to play a long musical piece can be done, but I'm more impressed by a musician's improvisational skills; not how well he can assimilate information and regurgitate it.

The bigger accomplishment than Soul Calibur 2 (which really is a button masher, not just for Maxi, but just about everyone; Kilik, Knightmare, Cervantes (...okay, so I've only played SC1...I don't know if he's in 2) has some form of repeatable quick attack...even Sophitia, my über character has the bouncy summersault kicks you can just keep repeating (and eventually knock people out with) is Space Invaders. Now a blind person actually beating a level of SI is much more amazing than beating some loser in Soul Calibur. I mean...it doesn't even have stereo sound. You need to memorize the ships' motions or something...

Guard doesn't work against throws, but you can get out of one by pressing a or b (depending on which throw they used). Besides, only a really poor player would be unable to stop their opponent simply throwing thme repeatedly (by attacking them before they get in range for a throw, at the very least).

So if someone here has SC2 and a video camera, they should film a little expirament.
Videotape it so we can all watch after you upload it to the internet lolz.
Have someone blindfolded play via button mashing whatever against someone not blindfolded, and we will see who wins.
