So... whats this firefly about.. is it woth getting through "you know what animal"? Because I'm sure it won't run on german tv.

Oh and farscape... it was horrible... maybe they had a bad translation or something.. but jeh.. it was kinda boring.

Its like starwars except the good guys *always* shoot first.

Either that or (so I've heard) the closest thing in existance to a live action cowboy bebop.

Make sure you watch the first episode first, its two hours, and its amazing.

(and I wasn't such a fan of farscape. Some of the episodes were cool, but I thought the dialogue was boring, and the characters weren't very interesting. I could appreciate it though.)

ahh, the duel episode ending was so good though. It's the only part of the entire series I remember.

Agreed...Farscape is so silly that I never could watch a whole episode. Most of the time I couldn't decide whether to cry because of the script or laugh at the costumes. This is just a warning to those who haven't seen the series, if you already like it, then go ahead. Each to his own <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Now Firefly just rocks. Settings, dialogue and actors...it's just all so fresh. Hopefully Serenity succeeds and they start filming the series again.

I finished the first episode of firefly and I think it's great. Good charakters, nice story and everything is very well done. Thanks for the hint folks.
