Seriously NS Community, stop blaming everything on scripts, or making excuses that rely on scripts as the cause. Until you know know scripts work, and use one with proficiency (YES THATS RIGHT, scripts don't do everything for you, you have to learn to use it!!!!!), you have no room to speak on the matter. Going "oh do it without a script" or some other statement is not helpful. This server variable will further segregate the community, and it will do so along the lines of newer and/or less skilled players versus the better players and the clan players. Exceptions will occur, but this is what's going to happen. Servers with blockscripts at 1 will start collecting the former type of players, and if a skilled player joins that server, suddenly they'll not only dominate the entire server, but most likely get banned for "hacks", since scripting isn't possible to ban people for anymore. Mark my words, the [FAT] server and many like it will have this attitude unless a significant change occurs. HUGE kudos to NSArmsLab, they're trying to re-make their image and give tribute to the Competitive scene for their contributions to NS. Can't say thank you enough, I hope other communities adopt your attitude and try to get themselves out of the Dark Age that many communities seem to be stuck in. Keep an open mind, and discard your misconceptions, learn the truth and see if that makes things clearer.

The following statement I am saying under my own free will. I am in no means being physicaly threatened and/or blackmailed by anti-scripters.
Scripts are bad. Very very bad. Anyone using anything that will give them an advantage over other players (not including my opticle cordless mouse, flashy keyboard, 22" screen or powerfull graphics card) is going straight to gaming hell. (which i imagan to be somthing along the lines of those dance dance machines) Everyone stop using scripts now!
