just to let u know the map is now finished (to the extent that its possible without help from the devs), all that remains is a full compile, putting it all together in a zip and then ill release another closed beta to the following people who have contributed in one form or another...

For everyone with the map, remember to follow Meat's direction in the readme file, but also remember to go in the console and type slowresearch to make build times normal. In cheat mode all build times are decreased, throwing the timing of the map off. Using that cheat code will put everything back in sync, allowing you to test it properly.
I just watched the video and I am very, very impressed. If there is anything I can do in terms of sprite effects/2D effects for the project (particles and other misc effects such as explosions etc) then give me a shout.
ok i just got a message back from someone confused why the level ends at the end of the briefing. ns is lacking entities for this type of map so certain things like level changes cant be done, and the map wont work very well if played normally through ns so once again

hmmm, it would be a good idea but some parts of the audio cant be changed without messing up the whole timing, like when we edited the audio in the briefing room it took me about 4 hours to redo it all, and thats just 1 room! so i dunno, we'll see if the devs like it b4 we go doing other languages

For any of you beta testing this meat_popsicle reccomends that you PM any issues you have discovered in it. And at some point when he becomes unbusy he will hopefully post a list of the bugs/issues that he has accuired
beta 2 to be released in the next couple of days (assuming dark gets back to me with a couple of sounds).
changes include: * compliance with official texture limits! * reworked lighting, whole map looks better as a result * remade vents <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> * loads of little tweaks/ bug fixes etc * workin with dark to add some atmospheric music to the whole shindig
