They got rules to ban people from picking out a knife and waving it. And they do ban people for not using up the magazine and start waving a knife. Even a pistol would result in a ban.

It seems like a silly rule. However, the best you can do is avoid the server. If they seriously enforce it and it actually makes a difference, then they won't have too many people there, probably.

Teppla, Us3r, and Gazaar banned for using cheat code 'invul' when the server admins were secretly turning on sv_cheats.
It just always gets me that the server admins were "secretly turning on sv_cheats" and they ban someone for exploiting the commands.

Anyway i have been banned from a french server for "I dont know exactly why".
All i can remember was an admin typing:

I kindly reminded him of the fact, that i cannot speak french and 5 seconds later i was banned.

Once i was not banned, but vote kicked after beeing accused of using scripts.

heh, i was playing the other night with a guy who kept saying he couldn't attack because scripts were blocked on the server. For some reason he stuck around for at least 2 rounds, running around, not attacking, and getting killed
