actually, i'm probably going to take it out soon and just dog the ###### out of it on one of my friends cow fields, part it out, then scrap it and buy me a new rifle or something. I almost ended up buying a 280zx not too long ago for $400, guy sold it out from under me though. Hopefully my friend doesn't buy this nova from this old lady, shes wanting $500 for it and it can get its front wheels 2 or 3 inches off the ground :3
Not sure how popular the Impreza is on the other side of the pond but it's based on the title winning Impreza that Subaru puts out in the World Rally Championship.
Current mods: Bailey dump valve, WRX mud flaps, plate surround and sunstrip.
Car has been stolen between 2350 of October 29th- 0745 of October 30th from Shropshire in England. Police says it's an organised crime ring based in the West Midlands and is likely in South Africa already. Such a long shot but shout if you see it?! I'm telling everyone I know about this- this car was my pride and joy <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad-fix.gif" />
Registration plate YM04 VZK. As the job was likely a 'made to order' burgle by pros it's unlikely the plates are the same. The one give away that seperates my Impreza from others is the plate surround "Scooby Tuning" though again they would likely have removed that.

Oh Christ, sorry to hear that mate.
It's certainly a one in a million you'll see it again as anything but maybe a burnout, but I do wish you luck. Alas, the issue of having an attractive (to steal) car these days. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad-fix.gif" />

######, I feel so sorry for you. My moped was stolen a couple of months ago, had it insured though - insurance payed back the price I payed for it 3-4 years ago, though. I must have hustled them somewhere.
It's so nice and it's quiet. Makes my car sound like it's turboed haha.
LSD or welded differential soon to come for track events.

What's soon to be, just a skirt teaser <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink-fix.gif" />
Just got one today. 49cc's of street legal, fuel efficient, moderately slow (but not overly so) goodness.
I look like such a hipster on it. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" /> Or even a <a href="http://diablo2003.deviantart.com/art/Arana-9-cover-19948901" target="_blank">super hero!</a>
Just picked up this 1980 cb750 custom. Needs some tuning but its pretty much in great mechanical shape, cosmetics are a little rough but i'll completely rebuild the bike over winter. I love the exhaust on it, sounds like some super high end bike. It rains tomorrow so i cant ride it to work. *tears*
Needs a couple of things still, to get it back on the road it only needs front brake discs and a turbo :)
<img src="http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e23/tonee4130/Image003-4.jpg" border="0" class="linked-image" /> (old boot was rusted so I got a red one, makes sense... yes it does...)
(my camera is crap, yes it is :( got a few things not in the engine bay hence why the arch gap is slightly high at the front end ;) )

It makes turning harder, and handling worse. Only thing a welded diff is good for is if you're actually laying down SERIOUS power at the dragstrip, and can't afford a proper mechanical LSD to handle it.
So, my Eclipse is STILL down with a screwed transmission, waiting on me to scrape the cash together to get a Jack's rebuild dropped in.
In the meantime, I've picked up two new vehicles to serve.. but don't have pictures handy of either. The first I already sold on as I didn't want to go through the process of getting an M-class license cert added, after finding out that you can't split lanes in MO to get through traffic. Weaksauce, as it was a pretty toy. Black 1979 Yamaha XS1100 Special, with 4-2-1 exhaust, a sissy-bar, freshly rebuilt tranny and tuned engine by one of the area's top XS11 specialists. Friend I had test drive it said it felt like a 600cc bike as far as handling, but the power just kept rolling on crazy all the way up to the top. The bike was promptly wrecked by the person I sold it to, after he high-sided it avoiding an idiot local driver who didn't know how to stay in their own f***ing lane going around an S-turn. They're rebuilding it, but apparently are going with another color.
Current daily driving slow-ass hunk of junk is a 2000 Ford Focus ZX3, with an aftermarket exhaust and some SVT upgrades. Dark green, with a pair of broken Corbeau seats. Not *too* bad a deal, as it was cheap, and has been enough to get me to and from the office every day, without too many non-start heart attacks. I need to get the suspension upgraded though; it has no rear swaybar, and it drives me nuts when I feel it getting floaty taking a turn that the car should easily be able to handle.
bah i cant get enough of my cb, every time i go and rebuild a part it feels like i get another 10hp XD Cant wait, the carbs are next and i know they need it, hopefully it will unlock a lot of power. I'm half tempted to go ahead and order some new performance carbs, found a few that boast about 10-20hp power gain over stock.
hehe i love living 2 minutes from the freeway :3 the respect the bike gets is crazy, i was doing 15 over in a 'construction zone' (double fines, eww, even though their not doing jack ###### to the road 9/10ths of the time) and blew by a cop that was doing radar, he didnt even bother :D
2008 Dodge Caliber was the car my parents bought me. I love it, and pretty happy I didn't get the 350z. >.< There would be no way I could get one of those up the mountain to go snowboarding or through a desert to go cliff jumping. Red/Black interior, nice speakers. I couldn't be happier.
Only pictures I have right now, and the reason I took these two is because it was actually snowing (obviously)... Keep in mind I live in Las Vegas, so this isn't something you see every year. More like once every few years.... Pretty cool to wake up to. Was also an interesting day, since all of the schools were closed because our city doesn't have snow plows or any way to clear the streets. I think this will be one of the most memorable days from my Senior year in High School. :P Totally got out of an essay and a Government Project.
Too bad they made us go to school an extra day this year because of it. -.-

Aye deffos needs lowering, I'm gonna be going for some pretty stiff coilovers from apex performance... probs rattle my teeth out on public roads but meh, I'm gonna be gripping it and I'll just have to put up with it ^.^
Disagree! Since 2004 there's a CO2 emissions limit. It's made getting a full exhaust system a PITA for my Impreza- the downpipe has a cat (there's THREE in total on the 2004 WRX :< ) and getting a decat downpipe without an engine remap causes a spooling turbo to feedback on boost, blowing the engine. When I turn 25 next year (cheaper insurance) I'm gonna decat the exhaust and get an ecutek remap. Should push it from 225 to 275bhp. My goal is to hit 300bhp on standard internals.
The police are also funny about sunscreens but meh- it'd be harsh if they pull you over for it, even if it's a rude boi ricer.

And for the love of Mike, DON'T tee your boost gauge off the wastegate reference line... ricer-kid move that'll screw up WG response, the stability of your set boost levels, and make it a pain in the butt to tune.. assuming you aren't opting for tune-in-a-can solutions already.
