    MMG? where is this one in the game? is this in the game? to my knowlage there are a pistol Light Machine Gun, and Heavy.... no medium....

    but enough about that...

    besides the MSPaint-ness that i detest, i vote for the flamer one.... but i'de drop the barrel clip, and put in a regular reverse bannana clip....they is sexy....
    i'de insist on a more detailed skin for the sukka, they are kinda boring at the moment, but other than those few things.... go for it, are you going to model them, or what?

    Okay... is this good?

    Since the clip size is reduced, I had to drop the ammo acount by 35. So it now has a max ammo of 75.
    This calls for a stat change:

    MMG
    11 RPs
    16 DMG per Bullet
    6 Bullets per second
    75 Bullets in a magazine
    350 Max Ammo (Plus 75 in the gun)

    Logistically, it wouldn't make sense. The bullets should feed into the gun near the back or middle, NEVER near the front. The point is the let the bullet travel for as long as possible down the barrel, granting more accuracy. (This is why sniper rifles happen to be so long.) It would be cool if you stuck the clip on the back of the gun on the top (like some of those British machineguns, I forget what they are called).

    The front handgrip, no offense, looks pretty silly. You should change it to a pistol-grip type of thing.

    nice work, but a little more tweakage...

    i'm tinking it's not a regular powered gun (like the ones in the game at the moment) mpstly because of the thickness of the green area behind the trigger, most of what's going on inside of the gun, is before that part, which is why you have just enough back there to atach the brace (on most guns)....

    either trim it down a little, or well, explain it's high-velocity parameters for the game...

    these are just suggestions, you have artistic lisence, you don't have to do anything i say....

    (high velocity stats might read - 20 RPM - 5 damage.... maybe?)

    Okay, I have little time for today, so tomorrow I'll redraw the gun with a reverse bananna clip on the end, and better pistol grip. I'll try and keep the basic look of the gun the same... Thanks for the ideas!

    *looks at other posts* Wow... people sure love flaming me. They hate my designs? Why not keep that info to thier-selves? It's not going to help saying "This sucks"... That won't help anything. Anyways...

    I plan to model my Final Design, but I need SUGGESTIONS (Not flames) about them.

    I think that gun would be so prone to jamming it wouldn't be funny just because of the way the magazine is inserted. Either a straight mag or a curved mag that curves towards the front end of the gun. How the hell is the gun supposed to load more bullets?     Let me explain this weapon:

    It features a "Dual" clip system. One row of bullets fire, then it automaticly switches to the next row. It's like having 2 MAGAZINES in one!

    So, hows this?

    Funny drawings.

    The problem with adding new weapons (not just model replacement) is, that there is a maximum for available different weapons (and useable items) in a mod.
    Now each kind of alien has 4 different weapons + lots of different weapons and items for marines.
    atm, as i know, there is just space for 4 additional weapons and NS has reached its maximum.
    -> one more alien class or 2 items and 2 weapons...

    so it stays a nice concept (for model replacement) but not more.

    Good dieas, really good. But rmemeber, this is a concept model, so the skind oesn't matter. I'll redraw the thing tomorrow. and I mean 100 percent redraw it.

    Your sig's a bit big, Sid. The mods might cut it out.

    I've batted around the idea of that dual clip thing you described, but I can't see it being practical, from a technical standpoint. The mechanism to move the bullet in to the chamber needs to be as simple as possible, to avoid jamming, and the extra moving parts required for moving that from one collumn of bullets to an other seems to add a bit much to the complexity.

    Of course, I could just be mistaken.

    Jamming is not fun. The simpler a loading mechanism is, the less chance of a jam and if it does jam, it can be easily cleared.

    Okay, I fixed the MMG.
    I added a forward pistol grip secondary handle,
    A large internal clip
    And a laser sight.

    Any suggestions? Did I make the clip to small...? Want me to change the design? Or is this good enough for a final model.

    Please note that I can only model the side-view of the gun, so if this is to your liking, I'll get started ASAP,
