Here's a suggestion I hope people find useful. It's similar to a category of suggestions I read earlier in that it gives the marines a device which counters the fade ball.
I suggest that the marines get a new weapon similar to the arc ca… -
I think it's hard enough to get a marine to run out of ammo as a skulk without him killing you. If he's out and you are on top of him, that marine should be dead.

The ability to concede is a vital aspect in any game, in my opinion. I would even suggest that the ability to concede is a natural right that participants of any game have. Look at it this way: If a concede button by voting button … -
I'm torn on this one. Some ideas...
What if someone had correctly predicted that the black armor would be applied to the female marine and used that as the impetus to support the game? Would they be rightfully upset if people could buy i… -

I'd like to modify this a little. Buy copies for your friends. Worst case, UWE is supported, best case, UWE is supported and player base grows. You might feel good either way! Or, go crazy and buy some copies and hand them out to s… -
I like this idea. I'm always messing up the order of my key presses and clicks. Good marines are dying because of this, and a lot of mediocre marines are dying because of this. Skulks are pretty okay with this.

I think we're having a labeling problem. Perhaps there's a more important label than "Rookie" or not. I think the more important label should describe the intentions that people have going in the game.
Everyone is presumably playing to h… -
While I agree that the objective that wins the game is destroying all of the enemy tech points, sometimes it's smart to use map control and a resource advantage to build up a reserve of resources to make the game winning push more likely to succeed.…

Also, consider that healing is more effective the less damage an alien has taken because of armor. If i'm a fade with regen and i'm super good at dodging bullets, I can stay in a room for along time because the regen is healing my armor, but as soo…

Not only that, but it would also be nice to see what your allies have for support purposes. Does that gorge have celerity or adrenaline? How much healing can you expect?

The thing that I would worry about is that this upgrade might actually make the marine's position weaker against aliens. To me that extra armor is just being thrown away. Instead of a fade ball that you can fight with a more mobile marine group, you…

When you echo something, the thing you are moving has to be near the shift that is moving it. You will know if the thing you want to move is close enough because it will be selectable from the echo menu. After that, you only need to target a valid …

I think the idea of damage increase already exists as biomass is increased.
When biomass is increased, aliens get more health, personal upgrades, and abilities. These three things allow aliens to live longer in combat, or enter combat mo… -

Agreed. I posted a suggestion on how to fix this in this post: forums.unknownworlds.com/discussion/131318/team-stack-mitigation.(Quote)
Thanks for the response, SeeVee.
To address the above, I think server operators could leave Model 1 on by default, and then people could vote to activate the other models if needed. After all, Model 1 only enables indiv…Interesting Idea. I'd like to see how it would look. I'd imagine that getting the right balance between allowing the name to be visible and not cluttering up the view could be tough to achieve.I think the Onos got an unintended double nerf due to the nerfing of umbra. The problem I have with your assertion is that I've seen a lot of fades get killed. It's easy to tell when someone doesn't know how to play a fade, and the difference between a bad fade and a pro fade is staggering, so I think you are being a little…I'm not sure i agree with this, but instead, i would like the hallucinations to be click and drag selectable at least. I don't think they are right now.I agree that the harvesters suffer a bit much with the large amount of damage they take and the slow respread of the infestation. The way you describe wanting an advantage for sneaking up from behind already exists. It allows you to close the gap, which is the best thing you can do to kill a marine.
Now, your suggestion could be interesting if expanded on. Try this…Oh wow, I didn't even consider that aspect of it. I was just thinking about how the lerk, in this case, would be able to spot the marine through walls as long as it was taking damage, but it sort of goes both ways.
