Also getting choppy/stuttery gameplay. No overlays in use, not using fraps, server performance has been good on the ones I've checked.

Vsync isn't working, similarly to how it wasn't in the last preparatory patch either. Despite being on (or double/triple buffered), my fps still shoots beyond my monitor refresh rate, and gameplay feels choppy/stuttery.

So far gameplay feels choppy/stuttery for me in all modes. Vsync doesn't appear to be working - my fps continue to shoot way past the monitor refresh rate.
