Mmm, I might try running a listen server whilst not connected to any network, hence shouldn't be trying a different IP.

Tried - doesn't change anything. If it helps, listen has never worked for me (been playing since launch). I've formatted my computer multiple times since then, new router... I'm really lost on this one.
