I'm getting like half the FPS now running on proton 4.11-8. I wonder if the fps lock on the menus is messing with gsync or something. Anyone of the other 5 guys who play on linux getting this?

You guys are actively making so many changes to the engine that you can no longer support linux? Surely changes in lua have no impact between OS's. This is really disappointing.

Thanks for the help rkfg and Inf. I'm amazed at the fact that the very small subset of people who a) play ns2 and b) play NS2 on linux actually exist much less take the time to sort out issues with the game and post updates for others.
