I had this yesterday with one of the siege servers. It was 18/22 and when I clicked on it it gave the same error message. If I right clicked on the server it would disappear instantly from my server list.

I find performance to be the same as NS2. It's fine until someone starts using a flamer then I get 35FPS.

Have you even played both games?
If that's the case then where is the problem? You can play NS2 combat mod for free already, there are usually populated servers. -

Fix the f4 res bug and it would make early tunnels less risk-free. There's still people abusing that bug and it's difficult to see who does it from the opposite team.The main thing I don't like about it is the initial 3 marine RTs are all in completely different directions and very difficult to hold, also tunnels are very powerful because of the maps maze-like layout.

If you get gorge rushed it's because the team/commander didn't have the map awareness to see it coming, it's a preventable tactic. After a certain point in the game - assuming marines are dominating, it's pretty much the only thing…It's difficult for any game to draw in more players as time goes on, there are very few exceptions.
