The Xbox isn't the problem, the game just needs a ton of optimization, every update they improve the performance and add a lot of new content.

Xbox has commands, just press RB LB A at the time and then it will let you type any command you want. -

I'd suggest spawning it in with the dev console and then sacrificing the materials needed to build it to the reaper

Sounds like ur spawning it in via the item/spawn command, make sure u type: BLUEPRINT moonpoolblueprint

U have to find the fragments for a Cyclops pressure compensator and then build a fabricator in ur Cyclops, use that fabricator to craft it
