Drag squares from the left side of the screen to right. They clip together. Fairly non-obvious, I should've mentioned that in the post. I haven't spent much time on basic usability.

I don't much care for the OS or any of the steamboxes, but I'd like to poke an owl in the eyes for a bit. I have been half-considering getting a gamepad for the likes of the batman and asscreed games, but I might get an owl instead.

Mostly because my wife's computer has gone to totallybrokentown and the old bits out of mine will be going into hers.
Also because DCS flightsimgame runs pretty poopily at the moment. Mostly because it's very poorly optimized.

It seems like the steambox will be a modestly-powered linux box. Windows games can be executed on a windows PC sitting on your home LAN and streamed to your TV via the steambox. It's just a glorified KVM extender at that stage.

--Scythe--I think you may be singing the praises of molten salt a little too highly. It still involves a highly dangerous substance heated to high temperature. As it stands now it's certainly not worth $20 to me. There's not much to do, and it's a very slow-paced game. Lots of sitting in a shrub wondering whether you've been spotted.
