Checking today the save filed disappeared from the folder.
Fortunately I had backed up the file...
All of the 4 files you mentioned were in that folder.

I have a hostile stalker next to my base that dropps a full locker of teeth over the course of 2-3 hours.
Kinda annoying, all that littering.
