They don't have the legal rights to do this, so no. They could make it a Borg-like species, but never the Borg. As for an inspiration, I could definitely see the ART style as an inspiration.

You can hit 1-5 on the keyboard to speed up your freecam movement. Have you tried this? This affects your "SHIFT" run speed while in freecam.
