Well shit, when I do it like this it seems stupid. But it looks like a dead pixel and is distracting as hell.
Screen shot doesn't show the cursor. The dot it to the upper right of where the cursor would be.

Deleted all my mods, nothing left in the workshop folder. Unsubscribed from the mods. Cleared the workshop/cache again. Deleted the options folder.

I've had the same problem the last couple builds or so. I've annoyed more than one alien team telling them to take care of the marine in Stabillty/Strand... only to have no marine in sight.
