Except proper admining for stacks almost never occurs even on well-adminned servers. Adminning is at best a stop-gap measure until a better method can be implemented, rather than a permanent solution. (View Post)
I've always disliked the 'insta-health, spam' nature of medpacks. A better approach would be to make them into an AOE ability that heals nearby marines over time. (View Post)
