I enjoyed that cartoon UPDATE PAUNCH!!! That is me. Except I don't even have 5 flare guns. 12 hours and not even a duplicate. The update is decidedly lacking in updatedness. The only thing different is that now I have more ways to die.

But seriously, I haven't gotten a chance to play TF2, and my internetz are shared now with the apartment building so I shouldn't be hogging the bandwidth. It's a fairly weak trunk line. =[
Apparently I picked up the Ambassador yesterday without noticing, only finding out half an hour later when I hit esc or died or something and that big popup was there. It was a bit weak, but now that it fully crits on headshots rather than just minicrits, maybe it'll be easier to use. Having to wait 2 seconds between firing if you wanted headshots was a pain, and it took me 3 headshots to kill a rival spy. Now it should only take 1 and a body shot, right?

the first few times i saw someone get peed on then shot i laughed quite heartily because i thought it was saying "pee crit," since it was small and yellow and i couldn't quite read it perfectly, then i saw it was "mini crit" and i was quite disapointed.
Well, tested the Ambassador on bots (that stood still and took it like men, or machines). 3 headshots for heavy, 2 for anyone else, or 1 headshot and 1 bodyshot for enginerd, spah, scoot, snoiper.

I just joined a server and the unlocks spazz'd the hell out. I had two rows of unlocks, i.e., the top two rows were filled and the rest were empty. I played for <b>ten minutes</b> and got two unlock messages (a weapon and a hat) amazingly often (like 5 times a life). Now I have this. In ten minutes of play.
I had to leave the server because everyone hated me and all I got was accusations of hax. I didn't do anything D:
*EDIT*
I should point out that I actually had more than on that screen. When I deleted an item, it was instantly replaced. I don't think you have a storage limit for items, I think you just have a limit to how many items you can see in your backpack at once.

I don't got time for trading.<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd--> And this is one of the reasons why trading is bull###### - because the people who already have everything don't give a ###### and would rather just play the game in peace.
<a href="http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?tmmzdyloyti" target="_blank">By the way, in case anyone gives a damn I made a sound replacement for demonades so they sound like the grenades in Quake.</a>
Sniper Rifle - ha! yeah didn't think this was new did ya!? well the new cross hair makes short work of most low hp classes in midrange, 2 shots from this and an smg clip should be plenty to make mince of most of the dainty peoples.
Huntsman - it's a lot of fun, but it seems to have a few shot glitches I haven't really tested much but sometimes if you prime the weapon and then change your angle of shot it'll gain or lose drop-off (even an adjustment of 5 degrees can increase it's trajectory by about 30degrees, this doesn't seem to occur when you don't move the mouse, but I'm using the default fov which is 75 not 90 for some ungodly reason; with charge determining the drop off / speed / damage of the projectile. It also doesn't charge to full by the time the bow is fully pulled back so keep an eye on the power gauge in the bottom right. Not the best short range weapon especially given the actual time required for the bullet to hit the target, but you can walk around unzoomed with a fully charged shot which is insane. Fire arrows are cool.
Jarate - awesome spy check device, 20 second recharge and a fairly sizable AoE which partially reveals cloaked enemies, adds mini crit damage to enemies and can extinguish allies on fire. The downside is it leaves you quite weak in the mid range, but this is slightly compensated to the damage boost you get on all your weapons from the mini crit.
Razorback - uhhh 15% speed decrease, cool looking shield plainly visible on your back, so you can't get backstabbed... but you sacrifice your mid range capabilities to get it and are easily shot instead... ok... lol...
--
The Ambassador - this gun is hilarious and sick, you won't notice the cooldown unless you get into a more prolonged gunfight. Can easily 2-shot a medic from medium range by making full use of the crit headshots, not so great against classes with a lot of hp since you're gonna need to really stack up the headshots to kill em and it's unlikely to happen against anyone remotely not-crap. Since the update I've been quite fond of using the normal gun too due to the high amount of low hp classes and their 3 shot deaths of win <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" /> I found headshotting with this thing to be insanely easy because half the time my targets aren't actually aware they're under attack until I've plugged 2 into their head anyway, even when you're not headshotting people it can mid-range the crap out of pyros and such. They drop really quickly, first time using this gun I got 3-4 dominations from the gun alone <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" />
* I don't have the new watches I'm afraid

from someone who's been playing a lot of spy recently, the razorback is a great deterrant.
Sure it's plainly visible. That's kinda the point. It's a big "don't even try it" to any spies in the area.
You can be shot to death by a spy, yeah, but unless you're way off on your own, no spy is going to try it. Not many spies will willingly do a suicide run to get a single sniper who will probably be back in play by the time the spy gets back in position.
*EDIT*
And as for any other classes who get up close enough that the sniper rifle (with it's no scope crosshair, too) is useless, the SMG wouldn't be much use anyway. It's not going to stop a determined pyro, heavy, soldier or demo, and if there's a scout after you, you'd be lucky to get a hit in before you go down anyway. Unless they suck, but that counts for any argument.

All I got since the update is the bow (yay) and the scout fizzy drink (in duplicate now).
