if there is some one big nearby, i would recomend turtling for a bit, build up your robotics to around 8 and your starbase to around 10 and you should be pretty safe to build an attack force

This guy named drjonez is coming to kill me! His home system is

Im new to this this game and this huge guy with 9 planets just sent a huge fleet to kill me in the next system!

I only have level 5 starbase and 4 destroyers!!!

build up your starbase, dont worry about destroyers etc, just starbase

when he is sieging you, get an ally in the system to break the siege by sending a fleet to your planet, then leaving

arg I ned 58 pp to get level 7 starbase. bleh Im the only one in my system besides 2 AFKs and one other guy who is worse off then me. He doesnt even have a fleet. <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'>

calculate his CV, and find out how much starbase you need to equal that. then you have a fair chance

if you can fight him off enough, all your temporary allies will need is a few destroyers, which you can promise to pay back later.

Either get a Basalt Monolith to help me get culture faster so I can take planets faster.

Or get a Charcoal Diamond to get PPs faster.

Thing is about the Ch.Diamond is that i'm about 400 A$ short. =\
