    The System Shock games definitely. System Shock 2's was made in 99, and it's use of sound alone beats ANYTHING else I've played since. If you haven't played this game, Google search for the demo. Just in time for Halloween.

    Wow, there's a blast from the past. From what i remember, this game just wasn't very good, which would account for it's obscurity.

    I think i got it bundled with a matrox mystique or something like that.

    Scorched Earth is ok... it's good fun, it's a good multiplayer game if you've got a bunch of friends over, but it gets old.

    It doesn't get old *fast*, though <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Shadowrun was the 70's version of GTA3. It's still pretty good, ya gotta get a genesis emulator though.

    Transport tycoon D: That is a sweet game. It's an old dos game where you run an transport company. You can have planes,trucks,buses,boats, trains.

    It has 2 modes. Future mod(which sucks royal balls) and classic(Which is sweeet) I sugest you try and find it. Its very old so it should be free

    EDIT:Oh yeah system shock 2 is now free. its at www.underdogs.com
