To solve the discussion of what the fade is, it was desided to be a Magikoopa, its on the first page of the two mario TCP threads.
I wasn't sure if this is already being used but, using stars for catalysts and i know its a bit late since the model has been skinner, but using the weird racoon tail and hat for jp?

if you haven't fixed the bowser eyes yet, do what i did to fix the mario ones. When i looked at the original eyes, they were in the middle of the mesh. To fix it, you put them to where they look kinda cross-eyed on the mesh.
i might do a hammer mario in the later future, if people really want a hammer mario now, i wont be the one modelling it, but ill be happy to skinmesh it
Well, I still have the bullet bill anims to do. However, I think I'm about to give up on trying to synchronise the firing of the bullet bill from the cannon with the siege firing. Unless someone has information on how to do that. If anyone knows the specific frames of the animation the siege plays when it's firing (not when it's about to fire), let me know or I'll probably just make the bullet bill come out of the cannon constantly.
Another thing pending would be the rigging of the arm models. I had bookmarked a tutorial that showed how to do it, but it seems that the site is down. Also, an improved skin of the arms would be nice.
for the sounds, are you gonna use rips of old school nes 8-bit sounds or some of the more current music of nintendo.
