If you want to talk about vote deprivation, I'm more than willing to discuss Democrats and Ralph Nader as well as the Peace Corps.
I don't see how you all think GW will do anything worse than he did in his first term. With a win in the popular vote, it's pretty obvious that the majority of our country wants him in. That doesn't mean you have to like it, mind you.
Two other points I'm surprised no one's hit on.
WMD's in Iraq:
There are stories (which I'm sure carry at least some credibility) that the US had suitcase size WMD hidden all over the place in the cold war. If not full on weapons, I think it's fairly safe to say there were peices of weapons hidden around. And not in giant concrete military bases, but in bought out city buisness lots, blending into the areas around them. You could search this country for 20 years with 1,000,000 men and not find a one of them. You may never find them if you don't know where to look.
Now, consider today in Iraq... we found SCUD's right? But where's the deadly tip?! We've been searching for a year and a half with scarcely 100,000 soldiers who are constantly under fire from insurgence using gorrilla tactics. Why haven't we found any trace of even a biologcial agent that's probably the size of a ball-point pin and could have been dropped in a pocket, taken across the border, burried in the sand, hidden in plain sight, or even disposed of in a local water whole? Let's think of a real world example, however over the top it might be:
You goto your school of 4,000 kids, and some dork steals your favorite pen. You see him running around a corner and dash after him. Grabbing him, you tell him to pony up- BUT -he doesn't got it! Seems he's handed it off... He's obviously not telling you to who, so what do you do? Make a few quick deals with witnesses while offering them your lunch money, only to have them get unjustly put in detention (killed)? You found a trail, but the next guy doesn't have it either... rinse, lather, repeat.
See what I'm sayin?
Now, I've forgotten what my other point was going to be... Let me get back to ya.

I just wanted to say: I'm dissapointed in America. You'd think they realized they were lied into thinking that we attacked Iraq because they got the towers, which isn't true. As well as about MWoD, which he really didn't have that many if any at all(I still think he moved them out). Or maybe the fact that he conducted the entire thing in the stupidest way possible would make me mad. Or the fact that our 11 trillion surplus dissapaited into a 4 trillion debt within 18 months of his election, now at 5 trillion.
I really didn't like Kerry, but with how bad Bush was, how much worse could someone go?

Now the website is stuck with Ohio going to Bush And they couldn't give Nevada to Bush (though it already went to Bush), or the election is over according to them (Bush already 269 with Ohio)
Congratulations America on quite probably electing Bush again. You've just sentenced more Americans to die overseas in illegal and illegitimate wars. Who's next, Syria? Iran? North Korea? Or maybe Canada, since you know, we harbor "terrorists" and all that (*cough* oil *cough*). Oh, and also you just signed away a lot of your freedoms and rights. Ironic that Bush is fighting to give Iraq "freedom" (by controlling the country and letting it degenerate into chaos) while he takes freedom away from his own citizens with the USA PATRIOT act and PATRIOT II. Congratulations on re-electing a leader that rules by fear and paranioa. He'll keep raising the terror alert, and then look like he somehow prevented terrorist attacks when nothing happens! Amazing how that works, when you raise an alert for little or no reason and nothing happens. All the alert does is cause fear and paranoia, since there isn't anything the average citizen can do to protect themselves from an unknown kind of attack that will happen at an unknown time in an unknown place. Its like constantly living in fear that you might drop dead from a heart attack, which, by the way, is statistically more likely to happen (more Americans die from heart attacks than terrorism). I remember a time when the US used to be respected, when the US went to war to defend itself and its allies, not to finish what its president's father started. Too bad that had to end. Have a fun four years being universally hated, despised and loathed. Assuming Bush manages to actually WIN his second term, unlike the first one. If he does win, you can sum up the results in 7 letters: "gg world"
[EDIT] This whole Ohio thing is ridiculous. One would think that the richest and most technologically advanced country in the world would be able to hold an election properly. Evidently not.

Yes but gore won last time
No one is paying them any attention, declaring war on Ohio.

I think, if I were you, I'd be a little disturbed that someone holding these views is actually clear and confident about something you consider wrong and dangerous. I'd like to believe every Democrat is just crazy and politically uninformed, because it staggers me that anyone could make a conscious vote for Kerry - yet it is not so.

And thus we have found the root of the 2004 election.
Each side is thoroughly convinced that the other is a pack of raving lunatics. It was this view that gave Bush the win this year. Democrats were so worked up and frothing at GWB that they neglected to promote their own candidate. And their viscious ferver only drove more Republicans to the polls.
Democrat anger mobilized the Republican base.
i dont want to get into a big discussion about it as i know nothing about the presidency and their policies
Despite voting for Kerry, I'm a little relieved that Bush won. Now instead of wondering if I would live to 2008, I know for a fact that I will die before then. Less anxiety, now all we have to figure out is how we are all going to die...
And yes, I am dead serious. These are my honest feelings right now at 1:00AM <!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
That made me laugh..in a sad, depressing way. I really wouldnt be surprised if Bush's Crusade against the world will be the end of us all either.
And yes, I'll be Blaming America.

Or at least FINALLY give us Fallout 3. Not in game form, but in real life form. Or I guess we'll get the MMORPG Fallout that everyone's been wanting. I think I'll start stocking up on GECKs.
Them and the rest of the world.

Of all the absolutely gutwrenching evil on this earth, they cant think of anyone worse. Not for them the rulers of Iran, the butchers of Rwanda, the savage dictators of North Korea, the murders of Sudan, the Taliban fanatics, the Sunni mobrule under Saddam... oh nooooo, they save their anger for the American President.

This works so much worse for the president. Out of all the starving, crises, civil wars, genocides in africa, Iraq, and it's oil, has to be saved from evil by the power of the Bush. Which of course makes sense, considering the U.S. has it's interests in mind in Iraq. But it also negates the idea that the Iraq was the Moral Battle needed to be fought.
i'm in a pretty low place.

I really didn't like Kerry, but with how bad Bush was, how much worse could someone go?
Last time I checked he was behind by 4 Electoral Votes but with New Mexico (5) Iowa (7) and Ohio (20) with "unsure results"
I also heard New Mexico finished with Bush though...

Fox News jumped the gun with Ohio.
Now the website is stuck with Ohio going to Bush
And they couldn't give Nevada to Bush (though it already went to Bush), or the election is over according to them (Bush already 269 with Ohio)
[EDIT]
This whole Ohio thing is ridiculous. One would think that the richest and most technologically advanced country in the world would be able to hold an election properly. Evidently not.

"F**k You" - D. Cheney
A french news website says 255vs251, so that seems possible as well.
