Well, look at Final Fantasy Spirits Within. It has those kind of screens EVERYWHERE. Same as Doom3. I'm sure you can use those as examples. Very techy, light blue, displays stats. Something like :

it will still need to be in mdl format and animated... i cant do that i can only do the skin.....

i realize there are a few errors, namely the claw things on the nozzle thing, but i think that might be because this isnt a perfect replica of the original. im gonna work on fixing it but until then i present to you...
Other than the obvious error, this is coming along excellently. I'm really anxious about its release, though I haven't exactly used many high-poly models in the past (unless cel-shaded models count <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->).
Alright 6john! I was having trouble with assigning the bones to the model. Physique modifer being a poopyhead or something. Good job. I may go look into the animations Obst was talking about. Gotta pick up new skills or something. Also I was thinking of having steam spew out during the deploy animation, either at the leg joints or at the nozzle attachment. It would be atmosphere++.

i found a few missing faces on the legs and fixed that, also i had to resize the nozzle attatchment to fit. i might have to make some more adjustments to the legs to get it to fit the animations right without clipping through other parts of the model. hope this isnt a problem. if it is i wont release it. the version i have uploaded now is completely unchanged except for the animations i put on.
umm.. the gorge bileing the rt on the screen thingy is.. wierd. can't you just put some squiggly lines that look like alien words <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> but the RT is looking good so far.
make sure u have ur gl_max_size "512" for better quality in game
i noticed the missing faces along time ago on the legs but i was to lazy to say something lol.... i also relised that the legs have moved up and r now not comming out of the black part of the texture as b4... so far good job better then i can do since i dont know how to do it
EDIT: o yeah when u attack the rt is stay in the up postion and never goes back down even when ur done attacking
