I too, Disco, have been having a huge lack of getting any medals other than Gold and Silver(got a 2nd gold and a 4th silver. I need to go back and actually play again...GG work).
The game keeps crashing randomly on me, on one I was about to get a gold medal, then the game crashed. Then I was unable to log on for like 15 minutes.
We are the sole reason the forum is going down the drain? Whatever will we do Sonic?!
edit: DiscoZombie there are some easier ones to get. get enough Ammo points as a Support guy and you get a badge. Same with Anti-Tank. Blow up enough people in one round and get a badge.

I just spent a buncha time testing all the unlocks in single player so I know what to get next (even if that won't be for another 60 hours of playtime or something -_-) and I'm definitely set on the AT's unlock now. that thing rips open anyone at close range. people coming around corners and killing me is one of my pet peeves - I'd like to see them try it with 12 shotgun shells in their face in about 3 seconds literally...
my personal rating of the unlocks:
7) support - just a slightly souped up normal support machinegun - maybe I just never learned how to use the support's guns but spray and pray is just so rarely useful...
6) engy - not because it's a terrible weapon, it's just that the engy is the shotgun class, and yet the AT unlock is a better shotgun than the engy unlock... go figure. the only thing it has on the AT shotgun is a nice quick reload time... it may be automatic but the rate of fire is slower as is the shell capacity.
5) assault - again, not because it's a bad weapon, but because of my personal preference. you lose the gren launcher, and without that, what does assault have that medic doesn't? smoke grenades? oooOOoooo...
4) spec ops - it's accurate at a distance and fast close range, yet it doesn't seem TOO much improved on the normal spec ops guns...
3) sniper - I don't know about the alleged ability to punch through glass; I haven't tried it. it doesn't sound too practical tbh; how often is a helicopter gonna stay still enough for that, while you're in the perfect position right in front of it? but besides that, it's still nice and powerful, shoots fast, pretty fast reload...
2) AT - I already talked about it - teh uber shotty =D
1) medic - just because it can double as a sniper rifle and an assault rifle... coupled with a medic's healing, he can take out anyone not in a vehicle if he's smart...
