Explosions In London

Is Everyone Okay?
I'm making this topic as a sort of roll-call to check whether everyone I know is okay after the explosions. The whole LU is down.
It's starting to sound like terrorist activity.

I think we're up to about 3 or 4 explosions now. 20 dead, apparently. Whole underground system closed down.
And the BBC News website is currently serving 35,000 streams about it, in case you wanted to know ...
I can't seem to get through to her but thats because the phone lines are saturated entirely. Im a fairly calm person so im not going to run around screaming. I'm almost certain that she didn't take any of the journies that got attacked so that is reasuring but I have no idea how she will get home tonight. Everything is locked up; the roads, the trains and the underground.
*edit* Ok, just got a phonecall and she is alright but she isn't comming home tonight.*edit*

When I was trying to buy a ticket to St. Pancras, I was told that there were explosions due to power surges. I just got back from the station and have spent the whole time making sure no-one I know is dead..
another article on CNN
Ah, fair enough then :/
Half my family lives up there. So.. yes.
editeditedit; only apparently, this is wholly unconfirmed at the moment..
I don't think Tequila or Twoflow are.
It's far more than that.

That was a bus.
BBC News says it's "almost certainly the work of Al Qaeda"
There are only reports of injured and possible fatalities, nothing is offical yet. If people are dead they are going to be counted last.
A Doctor has conformed around 90 injured.
Reports of the numbers dead is unknown, one news channel says "a few", while another says "many". Eye witnesses on the underground have said they saw "cabbins covered in blood" ( )
The bus was totally destroyed, the entire top deck and the back of the bus are destroyed.
kk news just said 20 dead. Most on the bus with 2 confurmed on the underground, more expected.
The police are not saying who they believe to has done this but it doesn't look like an electronics failure does it?
edit - 2 trains still stuck underground
Reports say over 120 dead now. 6 explosions between 8:50 and 10:40.
EDIT: Thats people that were outside stations. God knows how many more lay dead inside the carriages of tube trains
I hope everyone is ok and it's horrible that something like this happened. It reminds me of Madrid.
Kinda surprised they hit london instead of targetting the G8 but I guess security being tighter up here because of such a thing might've discouraged that.

10,000 police are protecting the G8 summit. Half of them sent from South England.
He's in the Sloane Square area though, and doesn't take any transports, so I hope it's all ok for him.
So anyone can tell us what happened? The Tube collapsed and people are trapped inside? Or did we manage to get most people accounted for?

This is clearly a topic for those who do care.
