Not sure but I think it has to do with the mods you have active. I tried to run docking on the beta and I had the same issues until I turned off a few mods and everything worked fine. Most of them came from custom servers. Try turning them all off and see if it works.
No mods. I run the game on default settings other than video ones. Happened in my own server and one I joined. Others were reporting the same issues.
Gonna start playing again, after having a break from the last build.
Other than that interested to see how the new changes play out and if the Marines will start to win a few more matches. Though I wish you had changed marines start in ns_docking to be random instead of always starting in Terminal. That's really annoying.

Nobody on alien side could see anything on their mini maps.
And on marine side nobody has a HUD or MiniMap.
Well damn, the file for the map must have corrupted in the update, try to reinstall and play on a completely different server, maybe do one of your own to check if it was a server problem or not
then come back with your findings, Mkay?
