I remember I went through the Spanish revision and I had so many pitches and contributions, a year later I'm still only behind the language administrator.

Wish I could join, to everyone else have fun!

All of this gear has limited utility and can be inconvinient sometimes.
For the stasis rifle you are all talking like you WILL hit any target despite the fact that from most people I see playing, they miss and a lot. The bubble has limit… -
We definitely need more fauna but not just aggressive one, this ocean feels very empty most of the time.
-
How about it being sort of an impossible mode? You cannot win and everything out there is trying to get you!
Like fauna in general is more common and they are far more aggressive so it is like actually living in a completely hostile plan… -
I think it actually doesn't work as simple as it looks. The transfuser doesn't just extract DNA for you to inject it on yourself or other living things but rather its made to grab special propierties of the life form and make a serum that copies tha…

Thank you.
This is a correct way to think about this thing not just making a long argument about why you think something you want should be in the game without thinking about what the game already has first. -

We should get a playable female model, yes or yes.
Also yes you are paying attention, implementing something like that would need it to be tested, calibrated and fixed to hell which would put the final version even fart… -

It was a pretty rash move of mine to not read most of the posts in here but the topic is getting overbearing. You are not listening either, as far as we know and have been told the game is not including any lethal gameplay features… -

I agree, it both amazed me but bugged me since day one.
I'm not 100% sure how it works but while it isn't impossible it does look magical. Maybe build times could fix that? Like that way at least it shouldn't be creatin… -
No. There are not going to be lethal weapons in the game. The devs are tired of having to remind the community you are a scientist not a soldier. If you are smart then you can kill in order to defend yourself which is the objective of the game, to s…

We know nothing yet but I've been dissapointed lately by how predictable games stories are lately. It would be very very cool! There are many excellent modders out there so we are bound to see something that will make us drop our j… -

I think there are other mega posts like this already around but most are untouched. Don't worry I believe the devs can handle it.
Also I've been thinking about a defense system for the Cyclops, an electric pulse to be d… -
There are inevitably going to be things we like and things we don't and the devs have much in their hands to comfort us all.
We can only sit and give feedback about the content, we individually might never really enjoy some particular th… -
There is something called the Lava biome and its going to be on one of the deepest parts of the ocean floor. Most if not all planets should have volcanic activity deep within their oceans and the world of subnautica is no different.

I'm not so convinced. Sure we don't know what they might be cooking for us in terms of story but I'm still very skeptical about it. TJ seems very excited and motivated but I'm not sure how to feel about him handling the story of this game... I mean …

The devs are also planning to make them explode in future builds when they are completely broken instead of just hanging about. Sort of a fix for the perma beacon and also because they will serve no other purpose after it, no salvage or anything.

Its starting to be a bit unsettling how many materials that we also have on earth are in this planet.
I'm not saying they exist here and only here but some alien elements or even I dunno the rarest elements on earth in the subnautica wor… -
I think the game needs much much more flora and fauna to be able to extend its territory. This can be seen as if you go deep down its so lifeless you would think its a dead planet.
Right now the game is on Early Access but it does look v… -

There is the topic about farms of seafood and even keeping fish inside the bases in aquariums.
How about some fauna's wanting to get them so they attack your base in order to steal food from you? Stalkers also like biti… -
These kind of suggestions bring more emphasis on the fact that sometimes the dev's commented (can't remember where I heard it) that in the future you wouldn't be able to build a base just anywhere like currently.
Not only depths are goin… -

I thought this was going to be a suggestion for an enormeous fauna to spawn at the edge of the world that would be unavoidable and would eat us if we went too far but hey I like your idea too.

Since everything low and below wants us dead then I think it is a nice change -

Here is a video explaining how to verify the cache integrity on Steam games.

The biomes are already a big hint as where most of the fauna is already and for some other creatures you can also hear them before you see them.
I think their bones would be useless, their DNA on the other hand is what we are supposedly … -
I think a "Bestiary" would be an excellent idea!
The species you find, the things you learn from them, slight clues about the planet could be given like "oh so this ocean has X and Y propierties! that would explain the why of Z"
That could work as an independent idea.
Say a extremely rare kind of slug that we have to look for if we want to progress in some branch of our research, maybe?
