in order to prevent instant re- lerk/fade, we could just add a cooldown. Like 2 mins for lerks and 3 mins for fades.

I find this change in minigun heat unnecessary. It was quite reasonable to penalty simultanious shooting from both guns.
But, all in all, nice liitle patch.

Server with "pregame" mod, marines. Needed pregame to demonstrate bug with armory. Recorded u…Installed NS on other computer - nothing changed.
Internet provider and router were the same.
Tomorrow will try connecting to internet directly, without router.Made one more test in combat mode. Figured that I somehow get over9000 "resorurces" for just several kills.
Usually can't use them though (but, once I managed to get almost all upragdes for one kill).
