Oh no, my FPS was fine. Constant 60. I can run NS2 on ultra at an average of 130 frames (I have bloom off as its buggy) so no troubles there. Dont worry about that. Any stutters were felt by everyone I believe, they were the server…(Quote)

in Crashes in Mid-Game, Freeze, Black Screen, and Window to Close Game Comment by TBD_TheBlackDog October 2015Perhaps at max or very high gpu usage (90% +) my 780 Ti wasn't getting enough juice or power was being limited due to the balanced power options, not sureWell, Ive had NS2 running on the main menu for half an hour and no crash. Still going. Normally it wouldnt crashed 10-15 mins ago. I think it may have been that balanced power option which screwed me over. Weird*70 degrees sorryYep. Easily. I even stressed tested the 780 ti to 75 Degrees for like 5-10 mins and no crash, worked brilliantly. Well, I just played for 30 mins without any crash. Like I said, all i've done is change from balanced to high performance in power opti…I've now switched to and edited the high performance option in power options, lets see what this does. Rumor is it might help.
As for event viewer, There is a !Error with 'Application Hang' for it:
The program ns2.exe version 0.0.0.0 sto…OK, ill delve into what you guys have said and report back any findings. But I think during the massive update process when windows 7 was bare bones, some of the updates may have been installed but someone dysfunctional or something. Great idea Jim,…I think windows 7 is stuffed, NS2 froze and stuttered, same with the OS, and even after I had closed NS2 it was still lagging, taking ages to open stuff so Im going to reformat it again and see what happens.I think its fixed! Completely uninstalled both steam and NS2, deleting everything NS2 related, redownloaded and reinstalled and seems to run fine now. Not sure why it didnt work the first time Haha! Also, I use Malwarebytes Antivirus(Quote)
Ill run NS2 with task manager and the NS2 folder open so I can actually get to them relatively quickly, and see what happens if it freezes again. I've completely uninstalled steam and NS2 an redownloadded so ill see what happens no…(Quote)
Yea, definitely.Just had another major crash which I had to reset my PC(Quote)
Afraid it was short lived man. Started doing in on that account as well nowHeres a text support.zip from NS2 now. It isnt freezing my computer. Just freeze and crash. Was running on high priority in task manager.Ok, whats weird is i've logged into a different windows account, and NS2 is running with no problems. Same with other games. Hmm, could it be a process or program installed for me? I might have a look and compare processes(Quote)
Yea, everything is.
Well, pretty sure its not a driver crash. I've rolled back to 7 or so drivers and all do something similar, although its now different with 350.12. Instead of crashing, it might freeze and stutter for a bi…I think it was an MSI Utility for my motherboard that caused the error, fast boot, have it disabled now(Quote)
Well, the problem was the 0xc000000e error was caused by an inaccessible drive, couldnt do anything and couldnt go into safe mode. I turned off and on for a while and it eventually started properly. I uninstalled the driver and am …When I can get my PC started up again
