hi all I bought the special edition of this game a while back as I agreed back then that this game has a metric ton of potential
I have to agree with the op about most things but most of all please do implement the pda logging ideas

ps love the instant gobble ...just one bite and your hooked (tag line from a something fishy add)its a nice idea the art style dose lend itself to it but the true success is in its instant 3d freedom and instant discovery factor which is something much harder to emulate on a 2d table top simulator

i also use the f8 report tool ,trello board a…just do what i do make a locker abord your cyclops and keep lots of salt, fish, water in there and do a food run from time to timeive noticed objects like lockers in the sub go dark at night when they should be illuminated by the subs lights also i feel the steering wheel is to lage and needs to be shrunk in size a bit to allow more vewing and navigating spaceagreed its hard to see out but thats also because the steering wheel is so large if if it could be shrunk a bit it would help allot with visability me thinks
I must be honest here and say I prefer the square base these round segments are fine for corridors but that's about it for me yes I know it is a personal preference
