The previous oxygen system was fine - the tanks did not stack, but you could have additional tanks in the inventory and swap them with the one in the slot - remembering to also do so to refill the used ones...

sometimes they also can swim into the base - I just dropped some outside my base and some times one was swimming inside the base, but this is only temporarily - it leaves the base some time later

This problem affects Seamoths docked when saving (inside Cyclops or Moonpool).
If outside, in water, colors are correctly displayed after loading.
I could reproduce it in Freedom mode, changeset 22410:- …

The Seamoth now does not need any power in Freedom mode (same as Cyclops).

How do I turn off updates?
(without disconnecting the network) -
I suspect you are getting the warnings from the docked Seamoth, not from the Cyclops itself. See http://forums.unknownworlds.com/disc…

Check that at least the "Recommended" Graphics Quality is selected on the second dialog ("Subnautica Configuration") that opens after starting Subnautica (before the main screen is displayed)

(Quote) that is the intended 'functionality', if I understood you correctly. This tab is only informational, to build any of the displayed items you need a tool like a Constructor (Seamoth, Cyclops) or a Builder (Bases, Modules).

same here

same here, Seamoth does not move or turn, but uses energy. No difference if build with the constructor or cheated in by the console.
