Ok since there is some confusion, here was everyone and what they did: -Me - Leader, did about half the map. -Wolwings - Pretty much co-leader, did just about the other half. -DarkATi - Lighting guy, made the new Port Engine. -OneEyed - Made most of the marine start. -Minsk - Made the decompile program and tweaked things just for this project. Pretty much presented us with a very easy to use base to rebuilding the map.
And fine, to keep you guys happy here is a pic of a particle system I added to replace the sprite steam:
And why do so many people make particle systems that aren't transparent? It is just a bit of steam, isn't it? And why is it white anyway? There is only green light in this hallway. Is it a self-illuminating liquid? No, it's ok. I guess these are the limitations of the current particle system...
Um, when particles go over eachother their alphas get added together. If tried lightening them and right now I think it looks nice. Otherwise the steam will be almost invisible at the end of its journey upwards. Plus it doesn't look as good in a picture.
Though from here on out unless WWs switches to VHE. (Hell isn't frozen over yet) I'm not really the lighting guy. Makes me sad, but I can't light if I can't compile and compare and the .maps WWs sends me are all... buggy, not WWs fault of course. .MAP is not my favorite format... it just doesn't like being ripped away from Radiant and slammed into VHE. It protests. I am unsane. *Har Har* Ja Get It? Unsane... not a word, laugh laugh, chuckle, chortle, rock, roll.... wait...?

Ack... okay, my appologies. I thought I sent off an e-mail to Lazer with that clipping I could extract from my version of Nancy, and had unsubscribed from this thread since there wasn't anything more I could do, since I can't actively modify or edit the map any further since GtkRadiant is incompatable with VHE for map-editing.
Apparently the e-mail got lost in the proverbial shuffle. Namely, I made a typo in the e-mail address, and hadn't noticed the bounce (or his recent e-mail to me) as my spam-filters had gotten misconfigured recently by the house SysAdmin in an update. =^.6=
Unfortunately... I don't seem to have the clipping file I sent to Lazer previously. I never backed that up, as I didn't consider it that important, and since I didn't think I'd be doing anything else with Nancy after that (since Lazer and DarkATi have said they're going to stay on VHE), I did a final backup of everything I had and removed the files. I still have the vent system and locational brushwork, and just sent that along.

If you are using outlook, you should also have a copy of it in your sent items folder.
If you deleted the sent item it may also be in your deleted items folder...
And if that fails, you can see if your sysadmin has a backup of the data...
Or if you don't want to go that route, and you are on Exchange you can always try to do a deleted item recovery (click on deleted items, go up to tools I believe, and choose recover deleted items)

Alright I should be receiving a lot of the stuff soon and I can add it all in and get out a pretty much final within a few days hopefully.
Incase you didn't get my email WolfWings: Send me those pieces and I'll add them in. Send Flayra the poorly textured, but playable version as just a preview. I'll send him the final when I finish it.
And I gotta say sorry to everyone else for the delay. I think it was a lack of communication on everyone's part (including mine) that has delayed this. Hopefully this will be finished really soon.

But one thing about hitler. He wasnt a political genius. He was an orator. A loudmouth. He did the speeches and inspired the masses. It was his henchmen and his aides that did most of the real work.

I don't feel like changing my computer habits to suit the Linux OS. I like Mac OS X alot but you have to have Mac Hardware and PCs are more customizable and become more personal to me.
All in all my point is that I grew up with Microsoft. (God do you remember when Windows was a DOS Prompt just with prettier colors? (Ver. 1.0)? Geez, we've come along way. The entire line of Microsoft Products are very secure indeed but as Nerd said, people like to hack into / crack anything Microsoft just to get on the news, or maybe because in their stoner minds Bill Gates has done something wrong.
Well, quite frankly I should expect to see Bill Gates name in textbooks in something like 50 years, he is definetly a pioneer. Without him, I wouldn't be talking to you folks right now.

General Custer is in the history books too, doesnt make what he did right, and Gates being in the history books wont make stealing the apple os right, either

It was just casually brought up that Outlook is full of security holes.
Anyway, I have no idea what's going on with this map and it's starting to annoy me. What's the hold up?

But one thing about hitler. He wasnt a political genius. He was an orator. A loudmouth. He did the speeches and inspired the masses. It was his henchmen and his aides that did most of the real work.
He just happened to be at the right place, at the right time, with the worst set of ideals imaginable...
