Nurse Ratched (One flew over the cuckoo's nest). I wanted to walk through the TV screen and throttle her.
Yeah, Gary Oldman was very good in Leon. Gary Oldman is good in about everything. He was superb in Bram Stoker's Dracula - that scene with Canoe shaving and he licks the blood off his hand.
Phoenix was excellent in Gladiator.
Rickman is good too.
The latter 3 were charicatures; Nurse Ratched was more real and believable. Yikes - she made my flesh crawl.

Ok. Instead of posting another rehash of all the good villians that have already been mentioned, I'll have to go off-topic a little, into the realm of video games. Sorry. And here we have:
Kain from the Legacy of Kain series. Superb voice acting by Simon Templeman. Moebius, same games, same reasons. Can't remember the name of the voice actor right now. Durandal and Tycho from the Marathon series. Especially Durandal, because of his curious double role as villian and saviour. Commander Griffin, Oni. Cold, ruthless, calculating. The Deceiver, Soulblighter and Shiver from Myth II. They're undead, incredibly powerful sorcerer-lords, each with their own agenda. What more do we need?
I can't Believe no one said Jack Nicolson in the first Batman movie as.. <span style='font-size:19pt;line-height:100%'> <span style='color:purple'>T</span><span style='color:green'>H</span><span style='color:red'>E</span> <span style='color:white'>J</span><span style='color:purple'>O</span><span style='color:green'>K</span><span style='color:red'>E</span><span style='color:white'>R</span></span>
I gotta say Kaishonachi from Oruchuban Ebichu. <img src='http://www.gainax.co.jp/anime/awaawa/ebichu/nachi.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image'> This is the face of the cheating, perverted, pedophile, cheapskate, alchoholic, useless, hopeless, ****, ******, *** ****, scumbag that is the boyfriend of Ebichu's owner. the guy who gets absorbed by Smith in Reloaded?

I still think Agent Smith laughing is the scariest thing ever. I mean, Hugo Weaving isn't meant to have a happy face.
