Didn't this one also ship with illegally 'borrowed' textures from Quake 3 and other games? Or was that something else?

That may have been Kreed, actually. Maybe? Hmm.

Why? Took an innovative and popular game and, because interest in the original was in twilight, instead of really furthering it, they took the easy way out and death-matched NS for a quick fix. Yeah this probably pisses many people off but I take the virtual sodomy of my once favorite game really seriously.

It always makes me sad whenever someone brings up CO

It's not the worst game evar, more like worst attempt at adding to a franchise evar. So yeah, what CWAG said.

The game was all about the movie, even the grafic.
It was only scene's from the movie nothing new.

Driv3r was most disappointment game ever...
    It was so... boring.

    Counter-Strike
I dont see why many people like the game.
Dont need to say more, i mean... it's CS.

A few, not in any order.

    NS:C-As said before
    CS-Just really crappy and boring
GTA series (except vice city)-Hate the style, the concept, and the graphics
    Frank Herbert's Dune
    The fuse

Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy X are two newer games with big budgets that blew (stories of each were equally boring. God I hate Tidus)

Never was a big fan of Strider Hiryu (Capcom platform action arcade deal)

Tekken/Tekken 2-5 - Ultra super duper mega hyper uber stiff fighting. Hooray!

English Shenmue - Worst dubbing possible...

    MegaMan X7 - Why Capcom, why...? :'(

Total Recall for NES - Most. Annoying. Music. Ever.

Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes for GameCube (SUPER XTREME CUTSCENES! Redid most of the voices for the worst. Horrible controls. Graphical slowdown)

Sonic Adventure 2 - Forced to play through all the different mission styles, unlike Sonic Adventure, where you could pick just Sonic's levels, just Tails', etc...

Shogo: Mobile Armor Division - Got me ultra-hyped that my favorite game genre would have a style influenced from my favorite media maker (FPS inspired by Anime...). Game ultimately blew chunks, sorta like Oni but it didn't have anything at all going for it (at least you could see some potential in the original Oni). However, if either games got sequels I'd probably buy those, too...

Super Ghouls 'N Ghosts - Okay, maybe the game's not bad, but damn that thing's frustrating.

In case you're thinking bad like Big Rigs, I usually forget bad bad BAD games pretty fast.

Natural Selection: Classic. Just way too overblown and complicated, with a learning curve so steep that sherpas refused to climb it. Thank god they got it right with Combat.

I think big rigs would actually be boring if it did work, the other car (computer one that is suppose to make you lose) moving, everything right, would be too dull.

The reason it would be worst if it wasn't broken is, nothing to laugh at, in this game.

Have any of you actually played Daikatana? I never had it, but I played the demo. It came with my old video card.

While i'm all for giving this fps game credit for being the first game (that i know of) to implement a full physics system (Years before HL2, i might add) and actually add a body you can see to the character you play, it was a terrible game that should never have existed. <!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->

... I remember Outwar. (NOT the shiza that is "Click here to get Free XBOX YOU'RE WINNAH")

    Awesome game.

    Hrm, Bad games, eh?

    Superman 64, obviously

Warcraft 3. Now, let me explain this later.

Master of Orion 3! (Oh my GOD.)

Star Fox Adventures (OH MY GOD.)

    Starcraft64

Okay, about WC3. The single player SUCKS. Get over yourself if you think it's ANY good. It was like Blizzard though, hey, let's make D2 in 3D and put it in a game of Warcraft. Not only that, the entire game has ONE good music selection, and that doesn't even PLAY during the game, only during battle.net screens. Now, okay, Battle.net alone DOES make the game worthy to buy, but other then that... well, don't even touch it.

Although, ONE reason to pick up WC3 and TFT: Starcraft: Project Revolution. Take everything you love about Starcraft, put it in 3D and add a pinch of awesomesauce.

Another reason is, lets say about 70-80% custom maps are DotA (defense of the Ancients). Yeah that maps is alright but, it gets boring seeing how there is not many other maps besides the same ones over and over (seriously seems like no one is making new, and orginal maps).
  • cshank4cshank4 Join Date: 2003-02-11 Member: 13425Members
Well, there are a very few custom maps, most interesting one I've played so far is titled Galactic Conquest, which is, space diplo(macy). And Parasite is always fun... AND I have a Doom map floating around SOMEWHERE.

I just played the demo recently. It's not that great of a game, and has some questionable physics. I uinstalled it as well, but because of other factors:

    1. The player wears no seatbelt.
    2. The player flies out of the car far too easily, and illogically.
    3. The car (in the demo) had a poor turning radius.
    4. All the computer controlled cars couldn't be spinned. Most police chases end with the police car's front end tapping the back end of the speeding car, causing the speeding car to spin around and stop. Not so with the computer controlled cars: they stick the ground. Of course, they <b>can</b> spin the player.
    5. Slippery ground. I understand that dirt roads causing for some extreme powersliding, but this was a little too intense.
    6. Cars can be damaged but not fully destroyed. There is a limit of damage a car can take, but it doesn't end in shutdown as it should, but merely a burning engine.
