As it's been stated several times before, if another team is verified and wants to enter the tourney, 156 will withdraw its second team...so, in affect the answer is Yes to your question vizionz.

If you are a team memnber reading this, ask your team leader if they have filled out the form. If they haven't asked you for your timezone, they probably haven't.
If your team has changed since filling out the form, just send it through again with a note in the 'Anything else' section that says it is an updated version.
It's essential every team puts their form in, or the tournament can't go ahead.
