<div class="IPBDescription">My thing with the entertainment indus.</div> Ok. I'm officially ****.
Every time I see a music video from a girl, or a girl group, what is the main selling point?
Sex.
My God, what is the world coming to. When I go to school, I don't see the "cute" girls anymore. I see girls that wanna dress like prostitutes.
The main line all these women carry? "I wanna show I'm grown up"
The main line the guys carry about it? "Ooh...big...breasts...nice...curves...must...ogle..."
I'm seriously getting **** here about all of this. First it was Britney Spears. Then Christina Aguilera. Then the black female artists started getting in on it. Just 5 minutes ago, I saw the one group I thought would be really cool- Dream -do a video that had more indications of them wanting to have sex. The subject line for it put out by them? "Were all grown up now".
This has led me to ask all the women that read this...
What do you think grown up means? And don't just point out to me that all I've named is big stars- girls in schools now are doing it too. Its ridiculous. Every time I turn the corner-ope, another tight-fitting shirt. Every time I see a girl these days, I think to myself "what a slut". Its really making me mad, being I'm the kind of guy that wants a girl based on her personality, not her ****.
God, this makes me sick.

Being "gown up" is not showing off your breasts or sleeping around with everybody, thats just stupid. I personaly believe that you never grow up unless you really want to, and what that means is acting mature, taking responsibilty, and being yourself (not Britney Spears).
Its not like your morals are directly connected to how you dress. If it is you need to re-evaluate your priorities.
I look at girls for how they look, I make friends with them for who they are.
Whats the big deal? Did you just want to have a rant and say something is the devil?
2) Whats funnier is when the skimpy girls complain that people call them sl00ts

SpaceMonkey is clearly a superior being - he said what I was going to say, but better. I'm going to found a cult devoted to him.
dear god he just pulled out what I never wanted to ever made public I salute you!
On topic, I see this happening even in Merry Old Blighty one of my acquaintances from college (read preppy girl) has had her breasts enlarged, at the age of 18, gg I say....gg
Amen.
Ordinarily I might be irritated by a random, somewhat off-topic comment like that... but at 4 AM, that was hilarious.
Actually, a skimpily dressed girl is more of a <a href='http://www.bartleby.com/61/55/T0075500.html' target='_blank'>tease</a> than a <a href='http://www.bartleby.com/61/75/S0487500.html' target='_blank'>slut</a>.
This important difference is mentioned briefly in <a href='http://us.imdb.com/Title?0088847' target='_blank'>The Breakfast Club</a>.
I know paedophiles are sick ppl, but they are just basically ppl like us who don't mind going that little bit further!
These girls don't wear skirts, they wear belts, and they don't wear tops, they wear corsits!
Would I go out with one of these girls? NO WAY, I'd be embarassed to walk the street next to em.
Give me a girl whos good looking but at the same time dosen't dress like a wh0re and also has a good personality
Abercrombie and Fitch has a thong for 6 year olds. Thats not rediculous. [/sarcasm]
You might as well sell under 11 caps <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->
So you've discovered that the modern youth is shallow. Fat surprise. In not being shallow, you've just placed yourself in a minority (and I know all about being in a minority, a dane living in Germany, pah), and you'll have to live with the problems that raises: People like you are few and far between. Take comfort in the fact that you bond so much easier once you discover someone with the same problem.
And btw, to that other guy: No, I'm not a repressed otaku. I just love anime, and love REAL girls, not ones that just want guys.
And to quote a great, great man...

No. Not me anyway. Listen, I realize that I can't change the world or the people living in it, no matter how much I want to or how much it's necessary (and if so, I'd reduce gravity to the lunar level or less for mad jumping phun). Call me awfully cynic if you will (cynicism a.k.a. "the uncried tears"), but that's the way life is. Stick to those you like, and cope with how everyone else is. Life's too short to be sick about things I can't even change. When I really need to let off steam I go and vent my frustrations on an online bulletin board (like you did). Learn how to have fun with those "shallow" people, and how to smile warmly at them when they're being shallow. It makes both your life, and theirs, more pleasant. Earns you more friends (albeit shallow ones) too. And even though they aren't the ones you want to have around you all your life, they can be good company anyway.
