Random vote for Mouse because I doubt that there is a chance of Mouse getting voted off and I might not be on later (I should be on but it is Friday after all, no guarentees)
Yay, psychopath is dead, making it either Legionaired, brute_force, or Saltzbad. I wouldn't be surprised in post_game if it were Legionaired.
My vote this round will have to be.... Pulse.
Reason is simple: During the few minutes before the day end on Day 3, he complained on IRC that we should save Legionaired instead of im lost who at the time proclaimed he was the psychic publicly.
I find that strange that he wanted to vote of the psychic out and save Legionaired, because then we wouldn't know if Legionaired was a wolf or not (turns out to be human).
Explain the logic behind that, Pulse. If it actually make sense, I'll move it the vote off.

Har har har. Very funny Cyndane. I'm also gonna vote for Pulse because he suggested that legion was more important to keep alive than the psychic. Seriously, what's with that?

To be honest, i don't see why we are voting for Pulse. A lot of us believed in that deep blue stuff, and there was no 100% guarantee that im lost was the psychic. He could well be a wolf, but at the moment he sounds believable.
I'm placing my vote on mouse. He seems a little quiet, which is not good for the humans. This is quite a weak reason for a vote, i know, so i will probably change it if he gets on the forum/IRC
Changing my vote to Petco because a) I've heard a few mutterings about your humanity and b) more importantly you turned my random vote in to a bandwagon, shame on you!
If you can't decide who to vote for yet then don't vote for someone who has already got a vote guys, its getting to that mid/late game time and we really need to keep as many humans alive as possible.
I've got this strange feeling that in the random killings at the start we may well have lost a role We just haven't heard enough.

I would vote, but I don't know who to vote. But we really need to start discussing: This no-vote stuff is only good for the wolves, this late in the game.

I'm placing a vote for Quaunaut. Not that it matters.
I'm dead either way, so I might as well say that I doubt the humans will win this time. There have been so many "seers" that have died that I'm sure the real one is gone by now and it doesn't seem like anybody is going to save the game.
I haven't really been paying attention to this game. Chalk it up to my lack of a role, I guess. I just find being a vanilla human to be really boring. Maybe there's an alliance of humans ready to win the game right under my nose, maybe im_lost really is the psychic. Maybe. At this point, though, I am sorry to say (and I really am sorry) that I just don't care.
The last thing I'll say is that if you're looking for somebody to vote for tomorrow, see if you can spot the problem here:

QUOTE (Theslan)

I find that strange that he wanted to vote of the psychic out and save Legionaired, because then we wouldn't know if Legionaired was a wolf or not (turns out to be human).

Retching noises permeated the otherwise still air.

"Wha...you're going? Just like that?" Theslan stared at her in disbelief, "Gwahir was just brutally murdered by someone in this very crowd, and you're just going to go off on your own? How can you be so callous?"
"I see nothing callous about it. He's dead, there's nothing I can do for him. I'm done mourning for individual crewmates; I'll mourn for this entire backstabbing crew once I'm on a ship back home."
"As cold as that may sound, it's probably our best option right now. Trying to save each other really hasn't been working, so from now on I'm focusing on saving myself, and anyone who can help me save myself," said Pulse, "You up for some tandem treasure-hunting Cyndane?
"No, actually, I don't want anyone to follow me. And if I DO see any of you following me, I'll assume you're trying to kill me. I assure you, you won't get away unscathed."
"Harsh..."
"No harsher than these murders, I'd say."
With that, Cyndane did an about face and left the remaining group of crewmates behind.
"Well, that's one less person we have to worry about possibly killing us, I guess," mumbled Breakthrough.
"Yeah well, if anyone trusts me, you can come with me to search the next island over. I've combed this island from top to bottom, and I've got nothin'," sighed ZeroByte.
CMEast's head snapped back from looking at the path where Cyndane had left only moments before, "I'll come. Got nothing else to do, I guess." EMP Demon and Mouse raised their voices in agreement.
Pulse muttered something under his breath about 'search' and 'treasure' before aimlessly wandering down the path to the beach. Petco and Quaunaut watched him for a few seconds before turning to face each other. They both gave a slight shake of the head; Pulse was not someone they could trust to be sane and logical at this point.
The rest of the group split up into odd groups and wandered off in search of who-knows-what. No one seemed to know what exactly they were doing. Some people just ended up sprawled hopelessly on the rocky beach, where TheMuffinMan was still sitting. Of course, now he was chuckling to himself for some reason, but no one really wanted to ask him why. They doubted they would get an answer anyway.
Hours passed. Pulse was still wandering aimlessly around, but he had dazed out for a while. He might as well have been sleepwalking for the past couple of hours, because he hadn't noticed the sun set, nor the steady buildup of menacing clouds overhead. When the first flash of lightning lit up the black sky and shocked him out of his stupor, he realized that he had absolutely no clue where he was. It might have just been the darkenss, but he could've sworn that he wasn't even on the same island anymore. Yes, he saw the distinctive natural harbor where they had orginally landed...and it was part of the next island over. It was a good quarter to half mile swim between the two...how had he gotten here without being aware of it? Sleepwalking is one thing, but sleepswimming? Pulse was still pondering his situation, when the first blow struck his neck. Pulse crumpled to the ground in a heap, staring up at the pitch-black sky. Raindrops streaked down his cheeks as he struggled to see his attacker. He finally saw him. Them. EMP Demon, ZeroByte, and Mouse, standing all around him, each wielding a menacing wooden stick.
"So, you just want to save yourself, eh?" Mouse asked, with a false expression of compassion on his face, "Save this." The three of them struck at once, catching Pulse in the face, throat, and chest. Bones crunched and skin tore, but he would linger for another hour after the trio of vigilante killers left. The last thing Pulse saw before his world went black was a final streak of white lighting arching across the obsidian sky.
IT IS NOW DAY 5, POST AWAY
Petco looked out over the churning sea, shivering and dripping from the torrential downpour that had swept over the islands in a matter of minutes. The dank cave he, Quaunaut, and im lost had chosen as shelter from the rain had turned out to be decidedly less sheltering than they thought it would; the porous volcanic rock ceiling dripped like a wet sponge. The three had agreed that it was far too dark to risk exploring the back of the cave. Well, that's what they said. The real reason they stuck near the front of the cave was because they were absolutely petrified. Of what, they really weren't sure.
"Well this is just great. Haven't we taken enough abuse?" Quaunaut asked no one in particular.
"Obviously some vengeful god thinks we have a bit more life in us they can still play around with," remarked im lost with a sneer.
"Guys, I've been thinking..."started Petco.
"Oh, please don't," Quaunaut sighed.
"No, listen. We're wet already, and this cave doesn't seem to lead anywhere in particular. I say we just go out and keep up our search. What have we got to lose?"
"Our lives?"
"Such a small thing, lately."
"Tell ya what, I'll go look around the back of this cave, if that'll fulfill your sense of duty." Quaunaut stood and paced slowly to the unlit inner reaches of the cave, "I'll just have to take my steps in between lightning strikes, eh?"
Petco watched the slowly fading shadow of Quaunaut blend into the surrounding darkness. He turned to im lost, "Yeah...I'm still going out searching. You can stay here if you want, but sitting here is just dumb." im lost just gave him a blank stare, as if to say 'You have got to be joking me, right? "Suit yourself then." Petco stalked off heatedly. A flash of lightning later, and he was gone.
EMP Demon, ZeroByte, and Mouse stood in a small circle, pondering their next move. A heated argument had cropped up between Mouse and EMP Demon:
"We can't tell anybody about this!" yelled EMP Demon over the storm.
"Why not? You thought he was a mutineer, I thought he was a mutineer, ZeroByte thought he was a mutineer. It's only natural that at least a few crewmates also picked up on his eccentric behavior. It's only right that we tell them that that's another traitor down."
"But who's to say he was the last one. If we tell everyone we killed him, any mutineers left will be gunning for us. I don't like the idea of having a target on my head."
"Fine, I'll leave you out of it if you wish, but I am telling the first person we see that we killed Pulse. It's only fair to them to know. Oh, and, they'll probably just figure you were in on it too if they see you with me, so you might want to leave. Now. Before I start to think you're acting like one of them."
EMP Demon stared at Mouse in disbelief, "Fine, if that's how it's gonna be. Good luck trying to talk your way out of the mob screaming bloody murder when you tell them what we did." EMP Demon pivoted in place and jogged - ran, really - away from the other two crewmembers. After he had gone around the first bend in the path, ZeroByte turned to Mouse, "You sure that was a good idea?"
Time passed, how much, im lost really had no idea. The crunch of footsteps outside the entrance to the cave shocked him out of his stupor, and back to the place where his life was very much in danger. Thinking quickly, if not entirely clearly, he snatched the largest rock within arm's distance and stood, ready to face whoever came through that passage. "Who's there?" he called.
"Just me and TheMuffinMan" came the reply, which im lost recognized as being from CMEast, "Can we come in? This guy's not doing so well, it looks like."
"Sure, come in, but stay near the exit." CMEast carried (half-dragged, really) the near-limp TheMuffinMan into the cave and set him on a rock.
"What brings you here?" inquired im lost.
"Well, I was going to follow Cyndane, but she seems...different now. She doesn't talk to me. The I remembered this guy just chilling on the beach, and I said I had to go back and help him. We have enough people dying; we don't need one more to die from shock or whatever's wrong with this guy."
"Yeah, well..." im lost was about to offer words of encouragement to TheMuffinMan, when he was interrupted by the sound of a blood-curdling shriek from somewhere outside. Both he and CMEast scrambled to the entrance of the cave, only to arrive just as the hideous sound was abruptly cut off. Moments later, a soft thud was heard on the beach. It just sounded like a few feet away, but between the darkness and the rain, it was impossible to tell for certain what had made the noise. Morbid curiousity overwhelmed the otherwise logical thinking of im lost, and he ventured out into the still-pouring rain to search for the source of the sound.
Stealthily, or as stealthily as you can be in the middle of a thunderstorm, he searched the sands for the worst: a body. As much as he wished, somewhere in the back of his mind im lost knew that, most likely, he would be tripping over someone's remains if he weren't careful. That's why, when the next flash of light briefly illuminated the entire beach, he was surprised to see...nothing? Only a few rocks, some slightly larger than the others. im lost wondered if rock slides were just common on these islands. 'Between the earthquakes and the eruptions, it's probably pretty common I guess...' Lost in thought, im lost accidentally tripped over one of the rocks that had fallen, only to find it to be a lot lighter than it should have been. Oh, right, pumice, volcanic rock, porous, floats in water, now I remember. Stooping down to pick up the strange rock, im lost felt a mossy covering on one side, and....strange....
Another flash, the sky lit up and so did the rock in im lost's hands. Or, what should have been a rock. Instead, im lost found himself staring directly into the wild-eyed stare of Petco's severed head. Now it was im lost's turn to scream. He threw the revolting object as far as he could, and it just happened to roll into the mouth of the cave. TheMuffinMan was jolted out of his exhausted slump by the subsequent cursing and screaming from CMEast. Calmly looking down at the head lolling about on the floor of the cave, he casually remarked, "...well that's not good," before slipping again into dreamless sleep.
During the night, a person claiming to be the seer told me that Theslan is a wolf. I don't know whether the person that contacted me is really the seer or not. If they are, then I will see that a wolf has died (if Theslan dies), and everything will be great. If it turns out that Theslan is not a wolf, then I can reveal the fake seer tomorrow to be lynched. Either way, a wolf dies, and helpful information is gained to find the other two wolves.

Day 5 will start Monday at 3:30PM EST / 8:30PM GMT
--------------------------------------------------
EMP Demon, ZeroByte, and Mouse stood in a small circle, pondering their next move.
"No."
-----------------------------------------------------
Time passed, how much, im lost really had no idea.

Day 5 will end Wednesday at 3PM EST / 8PM GMT
During the night, a person claiming to be the seer told me that Theslan is a wolf. I don't know whether the person that contacted me is really the seer or not. If they are, then I will see that a wolf has died (if Theslan dies), and everything will be great. If it turns out that Theslan is not a wolf, then I can reveal the fake seer tomorrow to be lynched. Either way, a wolf dies, and helpful information is gained to find the other two wolves.
