The original C&C, which is what he's talking about was just called Command and Conquer. Then came Red Alert, then the true sequel to C&C (at least in story terms) Tiberian Sun, which led to the original game being refered to as Tiberian Dawn and of course many people expecting Tiberian Twilight, but insted EA bought up Westwood and we got Generals, throwing the series continuity right down the pan.

Yeah, Dungeon Siege 2 wasn't that good, Chris Taylor should really spend his time making RTS games like Total Annihilation 2. He was a coding genious with TA. Best RTS evar.

FF7 - [spoiler] While it's a great plot point, it sucks when you use Aeris all the time and then she's just...gone and you can't use her coolness anymore.
...I should go play FF7 again, I think I've almost forgot some of the story (mostly just leaving Midgar...someone tell me if the second city is named Kalm or something...if it is I'll have to hold off for another year).
FF8 - lamest ending area...EVER [it's boredom materialized into a level!]; plus, the Draw system - bane of mankind.
...conversely to FF7, I've blocked out most of FF8; if it weren't for the retarded Draw system I'd be willing to play it right now (...except that I've... 'misplaced' it at the moment).
AvP2 - Pffft, sure, it's fun and all, but it's still "Aliens versus Marines - with Predators thrown in for the hell of it...2"
SimCity 4 - I can include my Sims? In my Cities? Wow!...How useless. Not to mention it takes forever to get a skyscraper that's over 15 stories.
Okay...except for SC4 and FF8...those are more "Games that are good with a kinda bad aspect"
Curse my excellent memory and it making games' replay value drop exponentially...

All of the Final Fantasies (excluding the last 4 (X and onwards)) are masterpieces! (well 8 and 7 were cliche...although 7 had the awesome cyberpunkish atmosphere)
Biggest Letdown: Warcraft 3 - Feels like it was made just for the multiplayer
Galactic Combat - Bah needs insane system requirements for sub par graphics... although the concept rocks. Battlefield Vietnam - Just. Plain. Sucks. BF: 1942 - Only redeeming quality is the mod community (GALACTIC CONQUEST!)
There are defienetly more, but the first ones that come to my mind are:
Red Faction Well sure, the Geomod was revolutionary, but it just wasn't used almost anywhere in the game so that it would help your progress. The multiplayer is a bit of fun for an hour (in LAN, of course).
Alien vs. Predator 2 Multiplayer is just too laggy, even in LAN. And lets not talk about singleplayer...
Max Payne 2 Max Payne 2 = Max Payne 1 + a few weapons + ragdolls. Besides, there's Kung Fu mod for MP 1 ^^
Deus Ex - Invisible War It just wasn't Deus Ex. I'm sure it has been made clear
